The hotel is rather old and it's a "smoking permitted" zone. Even the room which we first checked in has a very bad and strong odours. Luckily the receptionist managed to changed for us to another room. Breakfast is simple and very local type. Average it's still acceptable if you're looking for a place to keep your belongings, to get showers and a place to rest. Price is reasonable for the type of quality provided.

The location was excellent, and the service staff was friendly throughout my stay. Even though they didn't speak English, they made attempts to communicate any issues in a prompt manner. The room was adequate for my stay given the cost.

I had another reservation before Jinjiang, but because the hotel was so uncomfortable, I left within 5 minutes. 😫 Later, I thought that chain hotels were safe and secure, so I booked Jinjiang Star. 😎 And I asked to see the room before checking in. The lady at the front desk agreed immediately, and very patiently took us upstairs and downstairs to see 3 rooms. In the end, she upgraded our room and sent us a plate of fruit. 🥰 I originally planned to stay for 4 days, but because of something unexpected, I checked out a day in advance. The hotel was very good and did not charge me a penalty. They helped me with a very good attitude and handled it smoothly👍 I really want to praise the lady of wealth who helped me check in and the lady at the front desk. Their attitudes are really super good. It soothed my heart that was hurt by the previous hotel🥲 I highly recommend everyone to book this Jinjiang, not just because of the hotel service! The transportation here is quite convenient, there are subway lines on both sides (should it be Line 2/18?). There is also a hot pot restaurant on the left side of the hotel. The taste is really great. The first meal I came here was this one. It is good quality and cheap. I even bought their hot pot base before I left. 😌
