Great location - next to Wanda Plaza, many dining options and the subway station. Room is quiet and comfortable.

The location was ideal, room is well renovated. Service staff is friendly, value for money.

The hotel location is good, near shopping malls and pedestrian streets. The food at the breakfast was good with plenty of options to pick from. In the evening it’s a bit loud and if you are sensitive you will have trouble going to sleep. In the room’s WC there was a smell of urine. Overall not bad.

This property was a mixed experience. Initially my room had plumbing issues and small bugs. Once they gave me plug-ins and changed my room, my experience was on par with what one expects from this brand. Jerry, the concierge, was top-notch and super helpful in every way! Steven Luo at front desk was also friendly and professional. Lastly, June was super attentive and even remembered my coffee order by memory each morning for breakfast. The breakfast had a healthy offering of western and local cuisine. The room is clean and has a decent view. The hotel is in a busy area with many shops and restaurants.

The breakfast and supper shops around are delicious. It's not far from anywhere. The subway station is a 5-10 minute walk away. The room is large, the facilities are OK, the soundproofing is not noisy, but the mattress is a bit soft. The lobby is quite artistic and the environment is elegant. The overall experience is satisfactory. It is a must-choose hotel in Chongqing City Walk.
