From the room, I saw a bus stop, and the special bus of the University stopped at Musashi Sakai station, so I left the hotel window to see the people starting to line up on the special bus. I was surprised that the main came first for some reason. Breakfast was also served late, so late customers were crowded in the lobby. ④ＳＤＧｓ To be clear, this is ruining this hotel. ＳＤＧｓ I think it should be enlightened, but what this hotel is doing is clearly a cost reduction named ＳＤＧｓ. It is because guests stay at a high price hotel to experience the extraordinary feeling, and I think that the real pleasure of staying at a hotel is to enjoy the equipment and amenities that the hotel is particular about. Even so, this hotel stingy with a toothbrush. (One ５００ You can choose whether to buy a high bamboo toothbrush or bring it with you in the mystery of the yen) There are only the minimum amenities in the room. (In this price range, I think it's okay to enhance lotion and emulsion a little more. It's a lineup similar to a business hotel. Of course, it's of a reasonable quality ...) These are at the rooftop spa. There were all the menity, but it seems that it will be reduced in the future from the viewpoint of ＳＤＧｓ (even though I pay an extra fee ...) The restaurant gave the child a paper straw, but The child will soon be chewed and useless, so as a result, it will be a large consumption of straws. I was really wondering if this was ＳＤＧｓ. Anyway, it's a pity that it was a result of being forced to endure and unreasonable. .. I wondered if I could not easily extract the goodness of ＳＤＧｓ a little more flexibly and provide it to customers instead of forcing ＳＤＧｓ to customers. I think this hotel is top-notch if it has it. I was worried about it because it was a good hotel.

いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

首都圏観光の際、大人2人と幼児（４歳、２歳）の計４人でツインルーム（24.2m2）利用しました。 　室内については、当初4人では狭いかなと想定していましたが、洗面場所とベットルームの間の壁がなく開放的で、実際の平米より広く感じました（必要な時には仕切れるようロールスクリーンがうまく活用されていました）。 　また、部屋全体に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。バストイレ別なのも良かったです。 　部屋のカードキーが２枚いただけ、ホテル周辺へ出掛ける際も不便なく過ごせました。 　フロントにコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、朝食も美味しく大変満足できました。 　ホテル周辺には、食事処が沢山あり、ファミレス、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、アミューズメント施設（カラオケ・ビリヤード）等、一通り揃っています。ホテルの建物は複合施設となっていて1〜3Fに衣料品やレストランなどショップがあり、買い物も便利です。 　アクセス性については、地下鉄有楽町線の始発駅に直結しており、都内各所への利便性が良いです。豊洲など臨海副都心へ一本で行けるところも魅力的だと思いました。 　このホテルを選んで良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

There is also a family restaurant under the hotel. I think the room and service are usually good. It was a room on the Musashino line side. Even in the middle of the night, the freight train runs, so I can hear a little sound. On weekdays, during the morning rush hour, you can hear a little announcement on the microphone in the station premises in the room, so if you are sensitive to such a little sound, the room on the Musashino line may be difficult.
