提前聯繫預留房間，結果留的是二層房間斜角的房間，窗外還是個大煙筒，這樣的房間也拿出來買，10月3日晚兩位女前台服務態度冷漠很差，根本不考慮客户需求，砸了開元的品牌，靠送小禮物刷的假好評真的可以嘛，還不如快捷酒店。床單也不乾淨重新換的，還説原來是亞麻材質，從來沒見過酒店床單不是純白，隔音超級差，管道水流聲和隔壁聲音一清二楚，真的是不可思議的差！住了這麼多酒店，十一放假添堵的，來的真是冤種。
