GGuest UserRoom 120: AC was on full blast with no option to make the room warmer. We had to freeze and could not sleep even for 1min. Spent the whole night walking up and down the hall. At 1am the hotel staff are asking if they can repair it. Fan was also working on 1 speed only full speed with regulator not functioning. Room 114: No hot water in the rooms at 6.30am. We called reception twice and they kept saying after 2-3 buckets hot water will come. Even after 10buckets no hot water. Bedsheets smell of dampness and toilets were not cleaned. ABSOLUTELY NO KID FRIENDS FOOD AVIALABLE IN THE EVENING. We had a small child and no idly, dosa, tiffin options at all after breakfast. We had to feed the kid just biscuits after a 5 hour journey. Horrible stay overall. Pathetic hotel and not worthy of a Fortune/ITC brand at all! Local boarding lodges would have been better!

OUR RESERVATION WAS TAKEN CARE OF YOUR SALES MANAGER MR. NARESH, WHO'S PROMPT IN HIS REPLY AND ATTEND TO ALL OUR ROOM REQUIREMENTS. ALSO EITHER HIMSELF OR HIS STAFF REMINDS US A DAY BEFORE ABOUT OUR RESERVATION. CHECK IN IS SMOOTH AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE AND BED IS VERY NICE. WHEN WE COME TIRED, WE CAN SLEEP LIKE A BABY. THE BATH ROOM IS WELL MAINTAINED VERY WELL AND HATSOFF TO THE HOUSE KEEPING WHO ATTENDS TO YOUR EVEN MINOR NEEDS. THE RESTAURANT IS LUSH AND THE BREAKFAST IS FABULOUS. BUT THE SOUTH INDIAN THALI IS VERY SPICY WHICH CAN SUIT MAINLY TELEGU PEOPLE. SINCE TRIPATHI IS A PILGRIM PLACE PEOPLE FROM ALL PARTS OF INDIA VISITS. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO IT. OF COURSE ALA CARTE FOOD IS GOOD. WOULD LIKE TO MENTION ONE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT MISS GAYATRI WHO PROMPLY ATTENDS TO THE CATERING NEEDS OF ALL THE GUESTS. ALSO ONE MISS AVANTHIKA. BOTH ARE VERY HOSPITABLE, POLITE AND HELPFUL. WHEN WE THINK OF TRIP TO TIRUPATI, FIRST THING COMES TO OUR MIND IS HOTEL PAI VICEROY, OF COURSE AFTER LORD VENKATESWARA. KEEP IT UP AND ALL THE BEST.

It seems the place has been renovated. The rooms are clean. The room we got had some flooring issues; the mat installed had a bulge. The staff was courteous. Live traditional music was good. We could not experience the outdoor restaurant as it was raining. Will try next time.

NNIRAJHotel is very good location. Room is very clean and neat. Bed is comfortable and had good sleep. Toilet was very clean and well maintained. Hot water was always available. Aircon was functioning very well. Hotel is secure. Breakfast is simple and lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was given within near hotel. Very good hotel if going for darshan to tirupati. Inside the street so use google maps to find.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner buffet offered by the hotel restaurant was tasty and economically priced, Our booked 12 Rooms had descent amenities like 24 Hr Hot water, Perfectly working AC-coping with 42 deg outside heat in Tirupati, enough parking place for the coach, and hospitable staff around, Mr. Prakash -Hotel MD's Personal inquiry about our group well being at the hotel showed the top management's courteous approach.
