Convenient and safe location for travelling in Chicago. Definitely we will choose and stay again when we visit Chicago again. And wheelchair accessibility was also good. My daughter could stay well by the good and kind people at the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the lake. Across the street is Macy's, Target, the baby shop, Uniqlo, etc. It's just one kilometer away from Michigan Avenue, and the museum is only 1-2 kilometers away. It's just a walk away. arrive.

I like definitely the beds .
I don’t like was in the shower was not enough hot water until the last day . The water was staying in the tub and in the sink . I suppose to get free drinks each day and only they give for the first night the was ******* promotion

Stayed here for a night on business and will stay here again. The hotel is old, but it was redone with a lot of charm. Actual keys, free loaner bikes, and a super comfy duvet.

I’m a repeat Stay Pineapple guest. The Chicago location is ideally located for a mix of business and pleasure travel.
High quality linens ( it’s a hotel I can good a good sleep at), excellent staff ant front desk and valet and high quality lobby bar/restaurant.

Great central location - easy metro ride from the airport. Staff are friendly. Personally I didn't like the two duvets on one bed. And the beds were double rather than king. But a great stay and we did get upgraded to a normal room - but the first night were were put in a tiny room with the bathroom barely closet space. Loved the look and feel of the common spaces in the hotel.
