The staff is very friendly and helpful from the check in through the check out.

My family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

There were no mini fridges in the rooms. Room was clean, service great.

It was a nice stay with it being downtown near everything.

1. Didn’t asked for accesible room, but that’s what I got. 2. AC/heating system had a weird noise all night, you can’t turn it on because literally you won’t sleep. 3. Shower had someone’s else hairs in the shower wall, gross. - Hotel Manager: if you do not trust the team and their responsibilities, then you will have to do the rounds yourself to ensure your hotel is operating properly in all aspects. - Housekeeping manager: If you do not trust your people, you will have to do the rounds yourself. -If you still do your rounds but you don’t inspect the rooms properly, then you shouldn’t be in that position. Room fridge isn’t working in the rooms (front desk mentioned) so they ask you if you need one to ask front desk but they are charging for it, so who’s fault is it? client or hotel? don’t charge for something you need to repair REGARDLESS. Make no sense for customer service. Also, if you guys are having a group of “young teen/just turn 21” people, why would you put someone on the accesible room by their room? If someone requires an accesible room, in this case I didn’t required one, got assigned one, but imagine an elder person by their room. These “kids” were loud as heck until 4AM, fighting, arguing, drunk, crying, overall it was a nightmare. Normally I have a good experience with Sheratons, but this one is overrated. I chose this hotel because last minute the company I work for had a meeting suggesting to find different hotels that may give us a group rate for the upcoming visits we will have to do in Chicago, but there’s no way I will suggest my coworkers to stay at this hotel with a first time bad experience. Not sure if I would give it a second try. Can’t risk it.

Really nice view and breakfast was awsome

The hotel guy gave me a room with a view of the Chicago River on the second top floor. I was very impressed.

The room is clean. The lake view room is beautiful. The swimming pool is clean. The service attitude is good. The facilities are also very new for a hotel in the city center. It is a great hotel and suitable for traveling families.

The location of the accommodation was good, so I could go anywhere on foot. There were no problems on the way back to the accommodation after sightseeing even at late hours. It's in a place that's easy to find your way around. The view out the window was also great. The accommodation was clean and the bed was nice, so I was able to get a comfortable sleep.

I arrived at the hotel at five o'clock in the morning and asked the hotel if I could check in early with the intention of giving it a try. The front desk checked in very considerately and was very friendly. The location and environment of the hotel are also very good. I will definitely choose it next time.

This stay was better than last March. The front desk was very friendly and patiently explained the hotel's facilities and services.
