Very disappointment with the service and facilities. We booked this hotel because of the swimming pool. We are a family of four planned to swim with kids. Unfortunately, when we check-in, the receptionist told us under 16 cannot use the swimming pool. Secondly, we asked someone for setting up the cot bed for us. The lady came at first asked my husband if he knew how to set it himself. After my husband said No, the lady pissed off. It was an "AMAZING" service we had for four stars hotel. If we knew these, we definitely would not choose this hotel.

Check in was very easy and hassle free with three members of staff checking guests in. We arrived well before check in time of 15:00hrs but no early check in rooms were available so we had to return later to check in. Room size was adequate with comfy bed and quality pillows ensuring good rest. Hotel is very clean and is well staffed, only downside is the location that its not walking distance to the city centre but this is not a deal breaker due to parking at this hotel being a lot easier on the outskirts of the city centre.

Very clean very beautiful and very good service. Beautiful terrace to drink your coffee in the morning. We stayed in a superior king bedroom and it was honestly so clean and comfortable and relaxing

Brilliant hotel and location. Breakfast queue was the only thing which may have been an issue but we were there early so no problem. But could do with looking at how this is set up at busy times. Loved the whole visit.

Staff were unhelpful. The electric charging obolisc in the room didn't work so we couldn't charge our phones when we were attending a family funeral. I was told that there was no engineer so there was nothing they could do .abruptly. When I voiced my frustration I was accused of being aggressive and the call was shortly ended. When my wife mentioned this to the receptionist we were told that 'she' would have done the same. They could not care and refused to offer an apology. I am outraged at the lack of empathy and acuusational behaviour. It made me feel guilty for complaining about my basic right as a paying customer.

We stayed two nights and used the spa facilities on the saturday all was excellent, nice and clean, my only criticism was the breakfast was cold on both days, especially the eggs. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay

Everything about our holiday was great. Kie on reception was amazing!! Spar was great. The one thing that was not good was, we were 3 minutes late in checking out at 12noon, and the cleaner kept banging on the door for us to leave, then when i said please give us 5 minutes she spoke in a different language at me in a not so nice way, i found it rude. Bad customer care!!! Trying to let it not reflect on all the other great experiences there.

We come here each January as I pay for the overnight stay as my friend's Christmas present. We ate in the restaurant after a long day shopping and as we had vouchers for free starters and drinks, the final bill was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was served until 10 am the next day but when we arrived at 9.30, much of the hot food was sadly shrivelled (bacon) or solidified (eggs). Fortunately, I very much concentrate on the fruit, cereals and yoghurts. Overall, another lovely treat for my friend and we would certainly look to stay here next year.

Hello, sorry to complain as we did love our stay. We booked a room and stayed on Saturday 27th of January. We booked into the spa for 6pm-8pm which we paid £40 for the both of us. The spa was amazing however the hydro pool was freezing! So much so we were out within 30 minutes. We got changed and I spoke to the lady at the desk to inform her. She said it should be at the right temperature which it can’t of been. I then said if it’s possible to be able to let us go in tomorrow instead when it hopefully is warmer as we had paid £40 for basically 30 minutes! She said she would let us know. We never heard anything. Didn’t want to ask in the morning as I feel like we should have been spoken to personally.
