I stayed with my friend at Beverly hotel Chennai The hotel is a very quiet and good place I booked through one travel agent....we wanted to check in early but the lady at the reception if I remember her name is Jennifer, she was very kind and patient enough to explain to us that when we come through travel agents we need to check in only by 12.00 and check out by 12.00 the next day, it was to our suprise that she gave us so much time by explaining and telling us to book through the hotel online where there is a 24 hours checkout and discount on laundry and food, no one has time to explain in other hotels like how she did, when we go to other hotels it is like you check in, get your room keys, go to the room and then check out, but in Beverly hotel it is very different, from the reception, to the room, to the restaurant and till the main door.... staff treated us so well, we are from HCL company, Hyderabad....will definitely recommend this hotel to all near and dear ones....once again thank you Jennifer for your support and continue to do your best at all times....

Location wise, this hotel scores maximum. And next is their staff, polite, caring, helpful. Especially the lady at the front desk, she was super helpful and willing to accommodate our requests. We met the manager too and he was also very receptive of our suggestions and feedback. I guess Chennai being a big city getting a room of a decent size is not an easy task at all. So yeah, found the room to be really poky and tiny. One thing I've always got irked about in my stays in numerous 3 star hotels is the indifferent and step motherly treatment meted out to the toilet and bathroom. Lack of a dental kit, hair dryer in the bathroom, mat for the dry area, were very glaring. And, as everywhere else, the cleaning of the toilet/bathroom is very shoddy. The corners of the bathroom really was a huge put off and I think a lot more than just sprinkling of soap water and wiping off with a mop is required to spruce it up. The next sore point was the complimentary breakfast...ooooffff, those stone cold/rock hard idlis, the upma which looked like my granddaughter's play dough and tasted....Ehhhh!! Did I say *taste*? Sorry, I got that mixed up with tasteless, odourless, flavourless... It was just a huge mass of dampened sooji. Maybe the saying *Eat breakfast like a king* is unheard of in this hotel. And please don't fall prey to *free Wi-Fi* tag line, because no matter what time you check in, their server will inevitably develop a problem the next morning and you'll have no WiFi. Wish that they pay more heed to the fact that they are in the *SERVICE INDUSTRY*

It was an amazing experience! good and comfortable rooms, clean and hygienic bathroom! the food and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious! dinner was brought to the room within 15 mins. Friendly staff! very close to cental station! the tariff was reasonable compared to the amenities offered! only one minus point! i wish they had served simple south indian meals! overall experience? very satisfying!

The room was neat and clean, and provided with all basic toilet items and running hot water. Centrally located, very close to egmore station & metro and 10 minutes away from chennai central rely stn. Surprisingly, the central ac was like so very effective, that i had to switch it off! the reception staff were also good snd courteous.

DDato Sri KanapathyI have stay in room no ***. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty manager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services.
Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar manager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor Manager Mr. Varun and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

The absence of welcome drinks, card keys, robust WiFi, and modern bathroom amenities is noticeable. The hotel earns its acclaim for its exceptional South Indian cuisine served in the renowned restaurants. Even amidst the aging infrastructure, the dining establishments consistently deliver delectable fare with efficiency. The rooms, while suitable and fitting for a brief stay, may not align with the contemporary expectations of luxury. Notably, the pricing remains reasonable, making it a sensible choice for those seeking both affordability and convenience. Although they did not charge for the early check in at 12 noon, they charged half day for check out at 8pm. Situated perfectly on Radhakrishna Road, the hotel's prime location is undeniable, and seems to be a popular place for those attending the US visa process. The hotel proves advantageous for exploring key attractions, including Marina, Beach, Valluvarkottam, and Kapaleeshwarar temple, all within a half-hour radius.

Hotel looks new and pleasing.Setup beautiful.Rms were ,clean, tidy ,neat on arrival.
Food thou vegetarian and catered outside as i heard was excellent everyday which i look forward to, coffee was super.
Only comment, housekeeping service like making up beds, rm cleaning , and topping up of water, toiletries, beverages, daily could be done on time.

The check-in process was not convenient and staff was bit untrained or already exhausted, 11am in morning.
Rooms are decent, with cleaning challenges, as we found a cigarette butt and hairs in washroom from previous guests.
B/fast was sumptuous and tasty.
Staff was bit handy, but the GM of hotel is really friendly and active. He took feedback with grace and helped.
Overall didn't feel like a 5 star experience, but certainly a good place to stay for a stop.

YYsan31Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.

Good spacious lobby ,and quick check-in, very courteous staff, the way his greeting me with vanakkam , personally impressed thank you Balaji sir. Rooms are pretty spacious, well decorated, most bathrooms with tub & shower, good closet space and great room service. Restaurants especially grill wagon does a good job for breakfast, dinners convenient & reasonably priced. Overall a great stay ! Small thing Need to add some food menu in veg catagory..

JJet32583400191We were on a medical trip to Chennai and chose to stay at Raj Park Chennai because the hotel is very close to Kauvery Hospital. It turned out to be a great choice. The hotel provided a comfortable and stress-free environment during our stay. The room is clean, breakfast is good with lots of choices, and smooth room service added to our positive experience. we also did the relaxing foot massage. With an early morning departure, everything was handled efficiently. Raj Park Chennai made our trip much easier and more comfortable.
