The hotel is located in a convenient area with convenient transportation. There are subway lines 🚇4/6. It is convenient and fast to go to any scenic spot in Chengdu. The hotel has its own free parking lot. The hotel environment is good, the facilities are complete, the staff has a good service attitude, and they are polite and considerate. In summer, mung bean soup is provided for free, which tastes very good. There are many modern black technologies, such as self-service free laundry, and take-out is delivered directly by a delivery robot. For this interesting robot, I also ordered take-out to try, and the experience was satisfactory. This is the second time I stay here, and I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

I stayed at the Alando Hotel when I was traveling. The room was large and clean. The smart electric toilet and electric curtains were very convenient. The BOSE speakers and the XGIMI projector were both very good. The hotel housekeeper Xiao Fang provided very good service and was always available. She also gave the two babies small slippers and a small toothbrush, which was very considerate!

Okay location, right next door to bars and clubs. Gym is not amazing but the hotel does have a nice laundry room with washers and dryers. Robot room service was good and the hotel rooms were very clean. Would stay there again.

This is the first time I know about the brand Manxin. According to the reviews, it is newly opened this year. I am very satisfied with the location, decoration and price. At the same time, I am very worried that the room will have a smell, so I stayed for one night with the mentality of giving it a try, but I was impressed by the service: 1. I received a call from the staff just after booking, and they informed us of some of the hotel's conditions in advance, fearing that it would affect our rest, and provided us with many solutions, without hiding anything, very honest, and really considered the customers; 2. They were very enthusiastic when checking in, took the initiative to solve the problem, upgraded our room type, away from the noise, and helped to deliver the luggage to the room; 3. Any needs during the stay will be solved for us as soon as possible, and many special snacks will be given. Small gifts are prepared for check-in and check-out, which is very attentive, and laundry service is also provided (the lady also helped to hand-wash the white T-shirt stained by coffee, which is really touching); every staff member is very enthusiastic and polite, and greets us with a smile at all times. I really have to give them a thumbs up 👍; 4. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a really beautiful night view, and you can also see 339, which is simply loveable.

The hotel has complete facilities and is clean. The butler Xiaoyu has a very good attitude. He is very nice and responsive to all requests. He is very considerate whether it is checking out or checking in. It is a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is in a good location. Xiangxiang Lane and Wangping Street are right outside the door, which are all Chengdu snacks. There is also a night market at the door at night. The surrounding nightlife is very rich, but the room is not noisy, the bed can be adjusted, and it is very comfortable to sleep. Because of the parent-child relationship, the hotel upgraded the Yue King Room, which is a thumbs up. You can enter and exit the hotel and the room through the Benguanjia applet, and you don’t need a room card. There is Xiaodu in the room, which is very smart. It should be noted that the hotel rooms are not big overall, but small and exquisite. Breakfast has noodles and wontons, Western pastries, Chinese porridge and steamed pastries, which are quite complete and taste good. Overall, it is still very cost-effective.

The service of the lady at the front desk was very serious and friendly. The lady who said goodbye to me when I checked out had a very sweet voice, which made people feel very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the hotel facilities are not bad, and the cost performance is very high. The only problem is that the hygiene problem is relatively serious and lacks training. There were some minor flaws when I stayed there for the first time. I informed the front desk when I asked for opinions on WeChat. When I came for the second time, I was informed in advance that they would clean it up, but the response I got was a surprise. It is normal that the quilt cover and slippers are not changed. Only towels and garbage bags are changed. After staying for three consecutive days, the toilet paper on the table was long gone and it was not replenished. You can imagine other hygiene conditions. The following photos were taken by the previous tenant before check-in. When I checked out after staying for three consecutive days, it was still in the same place.

It is very close to the subway station and Chengdu East Station, and the transportation is convenient. It is worth having. The only problem is that I will never come to Chengdu during the summer vacation. It gives me the feeling that people from all over the country come to Sichuan, and the theme of each attraction is crowded.

Awesome stay for 4 nights. Location: Clean residential area within Wecity (环球都汇广场). 2 mins walk from Dongdalu Metro Exit A. Below the apartment, plenty of food choices. There are all kinds of eating places, zigong hotpots, noodles, bakeries, convenient stores, pushcarts peddlers, deserts, etc. My favourite; Xinjiang BBQ Skewers 🤤, and ZiGong Cai Outlet. Service: Amazing care and attentive services by Xiao Li (whom I called XiaoBaoBei 🤣). She responds to messages and requests via WeChat promptly. She even invited me to dinner and drinks with her friend 🥰. Adding colours to my solo trip! I am grateful for the hospitality! Had amazing conversations. Cleanliness: The apartment is clean n cosy. Comfy home style. The auntie will come by to refill water, toiletries, change bath towels, and make the bed daily. Do general cleaning and clearing of trash. But she forgets the floor towel all the time. 😅 This place is good for 2 + 1 kid. Bed is big. Fridge is there. And washing machine cum dryer! The dryer works. Just need to dry longer. Very good for long stay. Dongdalu Metro is with Line 2 and 8 access. Very convenient to move around Chengdu via the metro to major attractions. Taxi to Chengdu East Railway / Kowloon Plaza (clothing wholesaler)/ Chunxi upbeat area is ¥17 to ¥19. This is just for your reference. Thumbs 👍🏾! Keep it up!
