Although the room is a bit old, the space is indeed much more than the same price. The service staff is warm and friendly. I heard that it is an old brand and it is trustworthy. It is convenient to travel, there is a subway entrance on the side, there is a snack street across the road, and there is a supermarket five minutes walk behind, which is very convenient.

Holiday Inn is already the first choice for every trip. It is worth becoming a member. Every check-in is full of surprises. It is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. There is an airport drop-off every hour. The registration service at the front desk is full in advance. The arrangement of Miss Dai at the front desk of the hotel is very reasonable. When encountering guests who jump the queue, she will kindly remind them of the order, which is very heartwarming. The hotel provides check-in drinks, which is very considerate. It also helps to upgrade the high-rise view room. I was so tired that I didn’t see the view but I was very moved ❤️❤️. The room facilities are complete, clean, simple and comfortable. The hot water is very hot and sufficient in the middle of the night. I slept comfortably. There are many restaurants of all sizes around that can also order takeout. The key is that the breakfast is too rich. I didn’t expect it to be so considerate around the airport. There are many types of breakfast and good service until 10 o’clock. The pea noodles are freshly cooked and delicious 😋. Thank you for the memorable experience of the airport hotel. I will come again. It is worth it. It’s great 🎉🎉🎉👍👍

Very satisfied, the room is quiet, the service staff are very warm and friendly, the bathroom and shower are semi-separated, the toilet is smart, the overall hotel safety is very good, the card can be used to get on the elevator, the environment is also very new, in line with my aesthetics! This is our Nth time here, and this hotel just meets all my expectations for travel and for the passionate and youthful young city. After staying for a few days, I want to express my feelings in words as much as possible, and I also hope to give some reference to my friends who come here~ 1. The geographical location is superior. 2. Clean and sanitary. For people who travel, a clean and tidy living environment is really more important than anything else! I am a moderately mysophobic person, and this hotel is really clean and hygienic! 3. Complete facilities. There is great infrastructure. Moreover, the windows are large and provide good lighting. There are many restaurants and snack streets in the surrounding area. You can search for it yourself when you arrive. 4. I think the most impressive and important thing is the service of the hotel. The staff are very sincere and greet politely. nice~

First of all, the hotel is very friendly to those who are catching a flight. There is a shuttle bus available 24 hours a day, every half hour. You only need to wait for the driver in the lobby 10 minutes in advance. At the same time, fast security check passes are also delivered, which is really fast.
Secondly, it is their service. There was a slight problem when I checked in at any time, but the response was super timely and resolved quickly.
Finally, the interior looks like the equipment of an old hotel, but if you look closely, you will find that it has been taken care of very carefully. You can rest assured ❤️

If you have an early morning or late night flight, you cannot go wrong with Chengdu Holiday Inn! Leo at the front desk provided amazing service and answered all of our questions. There is a free shuttle bus you can call ahead to arrange for pick-up from the airport. Even landing at 1am, the shuttle driver was prompt in arriving!
The hotel feels new and modern. And the room was spacious, bed was comfy, and had a hot shower to be ready for our 6am flight the next day.
Thanks for an excellent stay, I hope next time we can stay longer!☺️

It is a 10-minute drive from Shuangliu Airport and is suitable for temporary accommodation. The hotel has an airport shuttle, but you can only enjoy it once. Don’t make a mistake when locating a hotel. There is also a second phase, and this hotel is in the first phase. The hygiene is really not good, because we arrived at night and were too lazy to change rooms. We had a lot of hair, couldn't we see the hygiene! Quite disturbing. It is recommended that the hotel should pay more attention to hygiene.

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Thanks for accepting international tourists.

GGuest UserA very clean and good service hotel, every hotel crew is super friendly. Feel welcome here, the location is great just near the shopping area. Walk straight for 10 minutes then u can spot the famous IFS panda, super convenient. Although it is located at city but cannot here any sound at all! Super comfy bed as well. Btw, they even gave us the super cute panda headband on the day we left.

The hostel was provided self service laundry stations on the rooftop, and it was quite cheap (around 18rmb++)
Reception was friendly especially Lucy, she helps me switch to single room due to I'm not familiar with sharing rooms with strangers 👀
I chat with them with a Chinese Guy until 6am morning walao eh hahah🤣😂

AAnonymous UserThe location is remote, totally unexpected. We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.

JJessyT.Really lovely hostel! The staff are so nice and helpful, and they speak perfect English! They have free events which was fun and an awesome way to meet other backpackers! We stayed in a private room, which was nice! The room itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice! Just sometimes no hot water for showering at night. Overall really good hostel, would definitely come back! Oh and lots of good restaurants and convenient stores around.
