overall was ok. staff was helpful, assisted us to order from mei tuan delivery because we do not have local phone number. location is extremely good of you are looking for chengdu east train station accom, it’s directly connected underground. have a mini mart which you can get basic stuffs. bed and toilet were ok. although overall it may feel a little dated.

Having stayed at a number of hotels this trip, Rayfont was definitely more average when compared to the others. The hotel smelled like smoke from all the smoking in rooms, the carpets were a bit questionable and there were no extras such as bidet toilets or slippers or automatic services such as XiaoDu like many of the other hotels in that price range. Also there were two of us staying but there was only one cup and one toothbrush.... not sure if they forgot to replenish. All in all very average for the price.

We got an upgraded room. Room was clean but there is a stench of smoking smell when we enter. Hotel is near the high speed rail station and is within walkable distance through the underpass

Convenient direct access from Chengdu East train and MRT stations to hotel lobby. Clean room, sheets, shower. Courteous front desk and housekeeping staff. Will return.

The location is good for those who want to travel by high speed train.

The location was decent, but the hotel staff didn’t have any customer service skills at all. I won’t stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu.

The rooms are nice and spacious... it is jst opposite the east train station and very easy to get to the train station. I travelled with my family and had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great location, we just stopped off for one night after the long HSR from Shenzhen and was picked up by the driver for our tour to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel is just across the road from Chengdu East Station, out of the exit through the tunnel and your on the other side of the road and its just on the right of the tall building.

The location is very ideal. When you arrive it feels and looks really cool. Tradiotinal and culture are the words that come to mind. The hotel has some really cool features. It is a little older but still in a good condition. I am of the opinion that breakfast could have a few more options. Was a good experience nonetheless.

As usual my stay at the Rayfont was nothing short of amazing. The front desk staff are always so professional when dealing with me at check in. And they provide good service when requested. The rooms are just great, stacked with all the amenities I needed, just in case I forgot anything, the room would have it ready for me when I arrived. The rooms are always clean and spacious. I normally request for a late check out and they always obliged I love staying at the Rayfont!

Hotel is nice, great location near to the train station and not too far from the Panda reserve.
