The hotel service is really as enthusiastic as the hot pot. As long as you pass by the front desk, they will greet you. If you need anything, just call the front desk and it will be delivered in a short time no matter what time it is. It's very good. The grilled fish we ate was also very delicious. I recommend ordering slightly spicy food for those who can't eat spicy food!

The front desk staff was very helpful and patient. They took the initiative to tell me about local fun and delicious food. The hotel facilities are well-equipped and the cleaning is clean. This trip to Chengdu was very pleasant, and I will choose Wadangwashe Travel Hotel again if I have the chance.

Hotel location is good. Not too far from Chunxi road pedestrian walking street. Room size is decent. Breakfast was not too bad too. A very good service provided by hotel is that they help guests to do the laundry and there is no need for us to wait for the washer or dryer when it’s occupied. if you are looking for the boutique hotel in the middle of shopping district, this is the hotel you should consider. it’s located on Chunxi road which surrounded by shopping malls and fashion stores. the hotel looks no different from the photos so you can ensure that you there won’t be any surprises upon your arrival. the room has enough space for bug luggages. it’s clean and ac works well. although staff didn’t communicate much in english, they were willing to help via wechat. on yop of that, delivery robot was cool! hotel also offers good breakfast.

This youth hostel left a deep impression on me. First of all, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and it provided a good resting environment. It was an amazing hotel with unique design especially for families with kids. The futon bed is great for kids and saves the trouble for parents tic-toeing in the room. The service is great too. Location wise, no doubt it’s in the centre of the city right next to the shopping street. We’ll book the same hotel next time we go to chengdu.

We booked a parent-child room, and the overall experience was great! (That’s why I wrote such a long review…) - The hotel service is great. Everyone we interacted with was patient and friendly, including the service staff at the restaurant. The front desk is very friendly and greets us every time. They patiently helped us to book extra stays and get discounts. And also recommend a lot of Chengdu local food/restaurants, which was very helpful. - The room is bright with a nice city view and well-cleaned. Room service is very quick as well. When we ordered takeouts, a robot sent them to our room. Pretty convenient. - My kid enjoys the parent-child room a lot. In addition to the small tent and a rocking unicorn, there are also some children's books, so we had things to do when it was raining outside. - The room facilities are fine too, there is a smart toilet, and the TV has projection as well. There’s no bathtub. - The location is excellent, in the center of Chengdu, and it is easy to get around. It is very close to Taikoo Li Chunxi Road, about ten minute's walk, and it is also very close to the airport bus station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to it.

The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.
