Come to Chengdu for a trip, this hotel is so pleasant to me! The location is excellent, very close to the West Square of Chengdu East Railway Station, and you can drag your luggage to the hotel in a few minutes. The hotel is on the 29th floor of Block A, a high-rise building behind the Jiadeli Hotel, with convenient transportation and easy to find. The room was clean and tidy, the two beds were soft and comfortable, and the city scenery could be seen outside the window. TV, air conditioning and other facilities are complete and it is very convenient to use. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are also very complete. Staying here, whether it is catching the early bus or arriving late at night, there is no pressure, and the travel experience is directly full! Next time I come to Chengdu, I will choose this hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is located on the 11th floor of a commercial building. There was no obvious sign for the building of the hotel. The ground floor lobby contains a convinience store which is nice. Overall I had assumed the hotel was in a nice building but it wasn't really. The hotel floor was pretty average and needs a refresh. The photos make the room look nice and new and fresh but it wasn't in reality. I could not fully close the window either. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is near Longtan Temple. It will be more convenient after the subway to Longtan Temple is opened. It takes 13 yuan to take a taxi to the panda base and it will take you 15 minutes. The room is spacious and clean and cost-effective. It is worth recommending. There is a large shopping mall nearby. It is convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. There are many choices for night market food in the evening💯👍

Both Tracy (Car Lobby) and Yina (Reception Counter) should be applauded for their willingness and going the extra mile for us. Both Tracy and Yina has been able to help with all our queries and Tracy is really a leadership material, taking the initiative in helping us with our luggage and our parcel returns. Old building, stay one night in 3 person room. Just got a sofa bed without blanket and additional pillow. A bit far from mrt.

Service staff would follow up with us on our request and confirm whether we need to do housekeeping. When we used their washing machine and dryer, they helped to pack our dried clothes in clean paper bags while we went to sleep. Very spacious room for us to put our 4 luggage bags, opened for packing. Vicinity has pharmacy store, supermarket,breakfast shop, mini food street.

The front desk as well as other service staff provided splendid service to make us feel at home right from the start to the very end of our stay! Would especially like to commend front desk staff Angela for her help making us feel right at home during our check in. Will also like to commend the uncle from the supplies dept for troubleshooting the HDMI connectivity from my laptop to the room TV. He left us a direct HDMI cable for direct connection to the TV when we found the wall HDMI socket to be not working. Will definitely come back to stay here again when there's another concert nearby!

The hotel room is pretty clean and spacious at this quite affordable price. The room towels&bin have changed everyday as well. But as a non smoker person, I can smell and sniff slightly cigarettes smell at the blanket, not quite sure it came for an air-con or not. It s that not the near to city center or Chunxi rd,but u can take metro or called Didi taxi to day around 15 mins and the price is quite cheap as well. There is day&night food street around the hotel , so yku can enjoyed the local cuisines and vibes there esp at the night time. Best place for gourmet experience & experiment too. Overall, im quite satisfied to stay here.
