The room is spacious and clean. The food in the Chinese restaurant is also good, especially the desserts. The mutton soup for breakfast is great. Haoran from the reservation department also helped me find the clothes I left behind. Thank you. I will choose this place again when I go to Chengde in the future.

The most satisfactory hotel in this trip. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for me. It was so comfortable and big enough for a holiday. It also came with a bathtub🛁 Two bath tickets were given as a gift. The swimming pool was nice, the water was super clean, and there were not many people.

The room + bathroom is super comfortable: large and open, the view of the river is very beautiful and comfortable, the transportation is very convenient: close to the highway entrance and exit, the hardware is unique in Chengde👍👍👍

The 158 set meal is very full for two adults and a 6-year-old boy. The hotel also has Japanese cuisine (actually it should be called iron plate), the taste is standard, no merits or demerits, and the service awareness is quite good. The bathing ticket provided solved the problem of not being able to go out to play on the first day due to bad weather, and you can go through the hotel. The bathing service is very good and clean. The consumption is not expensive. There is a naughty castle inside, which is not big, but it is enough for children to consume their physical strength. I didn’t experience foot massage and sweat steaming with my children. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there are often people smoking in the corridor. Maybe there are many people staying during the National Day holiday, and there are a lot of smokers. The corridor often smells strong smoke. I hope the hotel can have stronger supervision in this regard, or set up a smoking room. After all, a relatively closed hotel poses a great safety hazard to the hotel.
