I found this place clean, friendly, and safe. I needed something close to Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium, and this place was within easy walking distance. The host was extremely responsive to my questions, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room, which was very helpful, as both of the big communal refrigerators in the main kitchen were pretty full. The room a/c was quiet and effective. Only downside was bathrooms down the hall (which were spotless), but I knew going in that there was no bathroom in the room. I would stay here again. Excellent host who can't do enough for you.
