Atendimento excelente, comida maravilhosa, os funcionários muito atenciosos. Bangalôs impecáveis. Área infantil com toda assistência com monitores e brincadeiras tempo todo. Atendimento do gerente Rogério Salinas excepcionalmente impecável, carinho enorme com toda a nossa família. é a quarta vez que nos hospedamos no Malai, sempre uma experiência maravilhosa. Piscina gostosa com estrutura de comidas e bebidas. Muitos guarda-sóis e cadeiras. Restaurantes com grande variedade alimentar. Ótimo atendimento. Tive todas as dúvidas sanadas antes da entrada no resort. Atendentes alegres e dispostos a ajudar. Quartos limpos e recreação para crianças. Fiquei com a família no bangalô.

Por 3 vezes já estiver nesse lugar maravilhoso todas a vezes com experiência memoráveis mais vou destaca essa última pois além de ser muito bem recebida por todos os funcionários preciso destaca o acolhimento que tivemos pala Equipe Radical composto por ❤️Elcio, Patel, Black e o tio Mickey❤️ não tenho palavras pra agradecer tudo o que vocês fizeram por mim e pelas minhas amigas foram muitas risadas, entretenimento e incentivo para vencermos nosso medo de fazer o arvorismo (diga se de passagem só conseguimos por causa do Black e do tio Mickey se não estaríamos lá em cima até agora) gratidão por tudo.❤️
