Fairfield by Marriott Hotels in Changzhou

The location is great and the hotel is very nice. But I went to the restaurant, on one of the nights, and it only works until 9:00 pm (but they start to stop serving at 8:30 pm and start taking the food). But in the breakfast it is very good. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and shops. The hotel is OK

This hotel is right on the site of Dinosaur Land and water park. There is a dinner buffet for an affordable price and the breakfast buffet was just right for us to wake up and enjoy. We stayed in a family room. My kids are dinosaur lovers so this was the perfect stay for us. We enjoyed the 2 day pass to the water park and Dinosaur Land. The staff, from check in to check out, was amazing even though most of them were not English speaking.

All good , but in winter , the thermostat fixed at 25C ( it says) but in actual it’s little hot , may be little uncomfortable and hard to get sleep, difficult to change the settings ( also settings can be changed in the room , there will not be real effect ) , need to go to front desk to check and it is not so easy to convince them to change . Apart from that , everything is 1st class .

We decided to travel on the weekend at short notice and found this family hotel. We booked the last family room. It was really great and the experience was super good. The housekeeper Enid zuo was very beautiful. She helped us arrange the room and fruits in advance. The hotel also had family activities such as making cookies and graffiti. The children could play in the hotel for two days. It was very comfortable. I recommend it. The housekeeper also gave the children a small gift before leaving. The breakfast in the hotel is also very rich. I will visit it again.

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

This is an amazing hotel. Very well run and centrally located. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The stuff at the reception speak English and as a western traveler is very helpful. The breakfast selection is huge and very good. I will definitely stay back again!

The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. I am not familiar with the area, but it was near a small shopping mall and a park with many people dancing. There were some nice mansions near the park. I guess it would be unfair to compare with other bigger cities.

There are two kinds of latex pillows that can be used. The swimming pool is also very large. It is quiet. After using the shampoo, my hair is very smooth. The key is that the tower outside the window is very beautiful. It is very close to Changzhou City, and there are supermarkets and restaurants around. I will stay here again next time I come.

This trip must be praised We arrived at the hotel that night, and after checking in, we were promptly served with welcome fruit. The room type was also upgraded to a lake view room according to the order. The drinks in the refrigerator were confirmed to be free until the next restock An accident happened when we came back from a night tour. The door of the room could not be opened. It was not because of the room card setting, but because it was physically stuck and could not enter. The service engineering department of the main desk arrived in time to deal with it and quickly arranged an emergency plan to replace the executive suite The suite meets the needs of watching the game and sleeping The hotel also has an intelligent robot that can deliver takeout to the room. It is very friendly to friends who want to eat a midnight snack or don’t like to go out.
