After checking in for a room, the waiting time was too long and the service was average. There was sand on the sheets in the room, hair on the drain in the bath, garbage and hair on the floor, stains on the sofa, and a broken coffee table that was still in the room. The bath water was not clean, and there was granular residue. The bathroom also had a peculiar smell, the furniture was old, and the quilt was dirty. I took a rest and left without thinking too much. But when I left, I gave him my room card. His service attitude was bad. He ignored me, basically didn't look at me, and he didn't respond to my service attitude. I was very dissatisfied.

環境乾淨衞生🍃，房間落地窗外的景緻很好看🌈，前廳服務人員態度友好🌹，有問必答，有求必應🌿酒店附近有飯店✨，零食店💕和蜜雪冰城💛，酒店旁邊還有唐文大廈可以查閲圖書📚和資料。早晨會提供早餐😊（7:00-9:00），挺好吃的😋，還可以把早餐拿回房間吃😘。我去的那兩天正好趕上對面那條街的飯店開業🎊🎉在房間定外賣還會有專門機器人配送☺️那個機器人很可愛，還給我説：“你是全宇宙最可愛的人”，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈😂整體不錯，下次有機會還去全季酒店🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

全季的酒店品質一直都挺穩定的，這家酒店衞生環境都很好，早餐的品種也比較豐富，訂的商務大床房，給了10樓的房間視野很好，靠窗一條長沙發放東西夠用。
美中不足之處是圓桌旁邊沒找到充電插頭，衹能靠筆記本自己的電池了。

第一次到全季入住，前台那個服務員登記個房間速度好慢啊，磨磨唧唧，等了好長時間，拿的我的手機不知道在幹嘛，等了好長時間才開好房間，服務真一般。到了房間關上房門，感覺很不安全，門有咯吱咯吱響的聲音，老感覺有人要進來，隔音也不好。喝點水吧，水壺上全是毛毛，衞生很不乾淨，坐沙發上休息會吧，沙發上一片又一片的污漬，靠背上也有，睡會吧，被罩上還有黑污漬，洗澡水也很小，洗了個澡洗的也不舒服，不痛快。刷個牙吧，洗個手，洗手枱面上有很多污漬，設施設備老化了，真是一次很不好的體驗。以後再也不去了。
