The one who checked in was not the one you booked. When we checked in at night, the boss took us to another house because there was no booking information for us at all ... I did n’t have the energy to do it in the big night. I told Ctrip Ctrip to start the next day I didn't say a reason at the end, but I did n’t let me check in, but the hotel that took me was compensated at the same price. I did n’t reply to the email for more than 24 hours, and I did n’t object. The reason was that we did n’t understand the version of the hotel and did n’t understand how the 54 yuan compensation was calculated. I ’m really dissatisfied with the booking service.

One of the highlights of our stay was the remarkable cleanliness and tranquility of our room. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine environment, allowing us to relax and unwind in utmost comfort. The icing on the cake was the superb internet reception, which allowed us to stay connected seamlessly throughout our stay. Our stay was punctuated by delightful mornings indulging in an exquisite breakfast spread. The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! The hotel's al fresco dining experience was an absolute treat. The ambiance was charming, and the food left an indelible mark on our taste buds. With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. A noteworthy mention is the hotel's convenient proximity to Boudha Stupa, a mere 10-minute walk away. This made our visits to the stupa incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its serene atmosphere. What sets this hotel apart is not only its remarkable amenities and services but also the unique opportunity it offers. The daily free yoga and meditation sessions held within the monastery on the premises are truly transformative. We highly recommend inquiring about the schedule from the attentive hotel staff – it's an experience that added immeasurable value to our stay. I think it was an alright stay overall. the rooms were quite nice. just know there are no elevators. but I think the 6th floor (terrace) is the highest (and the ground-ish floor is a level 3). Breakfast buffet was good too, service was nice. The view of the sunrise and sunset can be abit obscured by clouds at time but still a nice view in its own right.. overall quite satisfied :)

Staying at Kavya Resort & Spa was absolutely a highlight of our trip in Nepal. The resort is unquestionably beautiful with our suite overlooking the Himalayas (during allowable weather conditions). The resort is also favorably situated uphill with just a 10-15 mins short walk to a 360 view point where we can have a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset. Indeed, we could also see the sunrise from our suite at some corners which was fascinating as well. Staff here was excellent, thoughtful and caring. Their services were extraordinary which I was very impressed. Architectural design of the buildings/villas are nice, food is nice as well. We had a meditation session with Shree Swami Ji which was a complementary activity offered by the hotel. Shree Swami Ji is very knowledgeable and professional. Shree Swami Ji presented us knowledge of meditation, idea, usage, and such. I am a curious person and would like to understand how thing is done and why it’s done. Therefore, the session suits me a lot which was at the same time relaxing and meditation knowledge gained. We had also happened to have done a numeric astrological session with Shree Swami Ji. It was very interesting. I have done other astrological, zodiac or Chinese fung shui analyses before. I’d say the numeric astrological has provided us a deeper understanding of our personal trait and I am happy that we had this consultation with Shree Swami Ji. He also provided us remedies on what we could do going forward to balance our different energies. This session enhanced my experience at Kavya which I think apart from being relaxed, I have gained a thorough understanding of myself as well. We only stayed for one night at the resort which I now regret that I have not stayed longer. I will for sure return to Kayva in my next visit to Kathmandu and arrange at least a 2 to 3-night stay at Kavya to participate other activities offered such as yoga, visiting to villages, and so on. The atmosphere at the resort and our sessions with Shree Swami Ji were very relaxing. I feel like my mind and soul are utterly cleansed after my stay.

Impeccable hotel on the highest point of the mountain. You can watch the sunset and sunrise, and you can directly see Everest when the visibility is good. The chalet is lower in the mountains, and there are two rooms on the upper and lower floors. The main building has better visibility at the highest point.

Except for the small room and the old room, everything else is pretty good. I really don't know how the hotels in Nepal rated the stars. The 4 stars in the room are really not as good as the 3 stars. The waiter is very friendly, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. Due to the weather, I didn’t see the Himalayas. They even sent a photo. Room 101 is located at the highest position and has the best view

This is probably the best hotel in Nagarkot. The facilities are also relatively good. The hotel has a buffet dinner, and you can also eat potatoes from Mustang, which are really delicious. The swimming pool was not used as it was too cold and a bunch of happy Nepalis enjoyed the pool very much. I didn't see the Himalayas due to the weather, but the scenery is still good. (While visiting the hotel, I strayed into the hotel staff walkway, which is also a place where garbage is piled up. It is really smelly. It is the smelliest smell I have ever smelled in my life. It is recommended that the hotel set up road signs to prevent guests from entering by mistake)
