Fairfield by Marriott in Changshu exceeded my expectations. The room service was impeccable, and the breakfast offerings were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel as it’s near to Railway station and bus stand.

What needs to be improved is that when checking in, a man at the front desk seemed not very proficient in the business. When we booked on Ctrip, there was a free breakfast treatment. The staff member seemed to be completely unaware of it. After the registration was completed, I found that he didn't know about this. I had to show him the Ctrip booking information, and he suddenly realized it. We booked two rooms on Ctrip, one standard twin room and the other double bed room.
