I stayed in Changsha for three consecutive nights. I felt very good. The transportation is convenient. It is not far from May Day Square, Du Fu Jiangge, and Orange Island. Although the weather has been bad and rainy these days, the hotel is very comfortable. The service staff, especially the front desk guy, are very enthusiastic. The cleaning lady cleans very well. The most amazing thing is that there are many varieties of breakfast and the taste is great! I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha.

When driving out of the hotel, the access control system failed, and the property management staff helped coordinate. Vienna's location in various cities is generally good. The problem that needs to be improved is that the name of the store is easy to be mistaken (the actual name of the store is not obvious and is inconsistent with the name posted online, and there are many hotels with similar names in Changsha).

A bit disappointed. I booked this hotel because it said it would be renovated in 2023. But I was very disappointed when I got there. There was a smell of cigarettes inside, the facilities were old, the stools and carpets were dirty. It was not a newly renovated hotel at all. I felt cheated.
