Their statements are inconsistent: the hotel has confirmed the room upgrade rights when booking the hotel, and the hotel also called in advance to confirm the check-in time and informed that the room has been reserved on the day of check-in. However, there was no room upgrade when checking in and the front desk did not take the initiative to inform, and the "reserved room" was actually arranged opposite the linen room! As a result, I was woken up by the sound of the linen room early in the morning, and the door of the room was often blocked by the linen cart, making it inconvenient to enter and exit. I don't know why the floor of the room is a bit sticky, but fortunately the bedding is clean. I took the initiative to ask the front desk about the room upgrade, and they said that it was arranged according to the actual room status. Today, the room is full and cannot be upgraded. The rights and interests need to be communicated with Ctrip. After contacting Ctrip's online customer service to report that the room was not upgraded, the hotel changed its words to Ctrip's customer service, saying "because the room has not been cleaned, so the room was not upgraded", and the hotel front desk said to me "If you are very strong in the room upgrade, we can let other customers' rooms go to you first, or upgrade you tomorrow night." Since we were staying for 2 consecutive nights, we had already arranged our luggage. We didn't want to bother with the upgrade. But when we went to bed at night, we found that this room type had a big problem. I am 170cm tall, and my feet would be exposed when I lay down according to the design direction of the bed head! ! ! I had no choice but to change the direction and sleep sideways, and I could barely lie on the mattress. Therefore, travelers who are too tall should be careful to book this room type! But the hotel also has very good places: the location is very good, 3 minutes walk from Exit 6 of Shazitang Metro Station, and there is an escalator at the subway entrance for easy luggage. It is convenient to order takeout, and the takeout can be delivered to the floor. Although the hotel is small, it has everything, including a breakfast room, laundry room, and gym, similar to a low-end version of Atour. If the hygiene and service quality are improved, this configuration can be booked for 300 yuan on weekdays, which is a very cost-effective choice.
