This hotel is very close to F&F Tower, about 10 minutes walk, and about 30 minutes by taxi from Panama Airport, but the hotel is too old, the room is large and musty, and the washbasin is also open. At the entrance of the swimming pool on the 4th floor of the hotel, there are washing machines and dryers for free use, which is very practical in Panama where it often rains. The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory, and the transportation is also convenient. It is about 8 minutes by taxi from Longfenglou, the largest Chinese restaurant in the area that has been open for 40 years.

It is convenient to find a Chinese restaurant near the hotel. The $10 fried rice noodles were a bit salty and made me thirsty after eating them. The hourly bell of the nearby church ⛪️ is very punctual.

The decoration of the hotel is a bit old, but the service is very good. Some of the big bed rooms have a locked door on the TV wall that connects to the next room. I told the front desk that I wanted to change rooms. The front desk changed rooms twice and they all had doors. In the end, they changed my room directly. Arrived at the suite with kitchen and living room. The front desk can also exchange it for $100, but the service is really unsatisfactory.
