Business orientated hotel, with the reception and bar area being very open and quite sterile in my opinion. Rececption was very fast and efficient, well done! I stayed on the eighth floor. Big room, separate bathroom. Big standalone bath, no separate shower unit...you shower in the bath (not seen that before). Unusual light switches that I couldn't figure out. Are these common in Italy? Breakfast was fine, good range and selection. Solid efficient hotel with some quirks.

I use to come for several years in this hotel and I was satisfied. Disappointing stay last week end. Quality of services has decreased. Bedroom was smelling bad and carpet was wet. Shower tube needs renovation, cracks and mold. Too bad.

I stayed here for 3 nights for work - I hope I don’t have to stay here again. Plus points: the gym equipment is ok. Cons: really tired/dated, carpets faded and dirty…my shower pulsed hot/freezing every few seconds…”restaurant” is sparse and food pretty mediocre. Literally in the middle of a bleak industrial estate…a colleague arrived Sunday and was told no food served; they drove him to Burger King which was only place to eat nearby. Not a bad hotel, but just very basic and entry level. Not an enjoyable stay and I’m now trying to arrange our January work event for a different country to avoid having to come back to this hotel.

Modernized, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. For work reasons we arrived at the hotel late in the evening and although the spa might have been closed at that time the staff did their utmost to ensure that we had our time available for the sauna, Turkish bath and hydromassage! The spa staff are extremely kind and friendly!

Great Hotel! Excellent staff! Very good breakfast and wide choice! I go there every now and then for work but I only stay 1 night! Near the hotel there is also a restaurant with excellent food! I recommend to everyone!

Average hotel which in some cases needs some aesthetic remodeling (bathroom). One thing I really would fail is the lighting system in the rooms... it takes intelligence, intuition, patience, an instruction booklet and a degree to quickly understand how it works and then remember it to turn on the light you want at the first try... However, the room was sufficiently large and clean. The restaurant (separate menu dedicated to those who book with a Smartbox gift cheque) is not noteworthy, you don't remember what you eat, you don't hope to return to enjoy it another time. Basic breakfast, sweet and savory. Positive things found: the kindness of the reception staff, the free shuttle that takes you to the nearest metro station and then comes to pick you up (service available until 11pm), free outdoor parking, quiet area even if not beautiful (from the window of the restaurant, not the part with the terrace, the other) you have breakfast looking at a small industrial area bordering the hotel.

Booked and paid in advance for a room for family members who were arriving outside Milan for the weekend... After their stay, our guests are asked to pay the rate again. We went there to ask for explanations and were told that a mistake had been made and they would refund the following day. After two/three days not seeing anything, we call back to the hotel and oops, as if by magic, the bank transfer appears the next day. Terrible attitude, these things should never happen (also because payments should be recorded), but at least a little more attention to the customer in these cases would demonstrate the appropriateness of the 4 stars!
