A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service.
Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel.
As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me.
Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard.
The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

The teacher said that I have never been evaluated for business trips abroad, this is first time. First of all, everything about the hotel is very good, the service is good, the Chinese are courteous, and each waiter is sincere. There is a swimming pool very nice at the door. But the problem is that the location is too remote. The first day the customer drove me to the hotel, I went the wrong way, and then there was no hotel in Fangyuanli. I went to Senggigi for at least 10 kilometers. Every day, the customer drove over to take us to see the project It ’s hard. After all, it ’s far from where you live. If you want to stay quiet, live here. Senggigi

AAnonymous UserI’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance.
The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time.
The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded.
I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time.
The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not.
The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long.
I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful.
I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t.
My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children.
If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else.
Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there.
Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms
For the money there are many better options in south lombok

LLRoPros: friendly staff, quiet resort.
Cons: old and run down. Kids club was a joke. Duplo pieces were dirty and dusty. Basically it was set up by the pool as they are redoing their old space so the only toys they had were dirty and broken. Nothing was really organized. Son was excited for water gun games and the water guns were all broken. Scavenger hunt entailed handing beige Easter eggs within the small surrounding by the pool. Very disappointed. Food was overpriced and bad. Drinks also overpriced. We learned this when we hired a car to a nice resort and beach 20 minutes away and discovered the food was delicious, price was 1/3 of this one and the sand and beach there was much better. It’s an old run down hotel. We say it’s quiet but really there wasn’t many people there. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Shower with bath (very big!) and toilet in another large room. Shower is almost under the open sky, surrounded by plants. A dream!
The employees are just great. They fulfilled my wishes immediately.
The restaurant is outside and very nice. The food is very tasty and not expensive. Really not! The portions are medium to large! The salads are great!
The hotel residents, not too young not too old. No families but rather groups of friends, individuals and couples.
You are looking for a hotel in South Lombok, then come here!
I will come back for sure! I know everything is right here.

NNandaDuring my stay at Pullman Mandalika in Lombok, the experience of the beach was truly exceptional. The beaches around this hotel are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The view of the sunset is breathtaking, making the stay here even more special. The cool breeze, gentle winds, and tranquil atmosphere around the hotel add an unforgettable touch. The place is very comfortable and makes visitors feel at home while enjoying the incredible natural beauty of Lombok.

The rooms are equipped with all amenities, a large semi-outdoor bathroom, a comfortable bed, the possibility of making coffee and tea., Water can be refilled at any time. The breakfast was really fantastic and the food in the rooftop bar was also very, very good. The pool is big enough to do laps there. Not far from one of the most beautiful beaches in Lombok. Was lucky that the water buffalo were walking along the beach. The owners were so helpful and provided me with a bike for free. Yes and the team, I have rarely met such a hard-working, friendly, helpful team. You haven't expressed your wish yet and it has already been fulfilled. I can recommend everyone to go to this beautiful hotel if you are there

GGuest UserThis is the best airport nearby hotel so far, i stayed here for one day, but got treated as longstay guest, really feel special and comfy. The nasi goreng for breakfast is absolutely delicious, the employee are friendly and always helpful, great job! Although i have to wait for free shuttle at 10 after they drop another guest, but that seems okay as long as i got free one! Thank you illira! definitely will comeback again at near future

CChenBuyuI want to say positive experience first. The on site restaurant is delicious and some speciality food that no matter you just land in Lombok or about to leave should give it a try. The beef soup is superb. The staff is very friendly. There's a huge dining / common area at the second floor which a plus for anyone wants to spend a bit time outside of the room.
However, staff couldn't give me straight answers such as how to get to the airport nor if I can check out late. I think being named ”Airport” hotel, such request should be common. Further, there is no hot water and my room was windowless. This wasn't obvious in the booking and during my month long travel in Indonesia I typically assume such amenity exists by default. I think the hotel should make it obvious given the location is next to an International Airport. Finally, the AC is very loud in the room. The cleanliness seems a bit lacking in the toilet. My toilet door wasn't able to close properly.
I came to visit during Ramadan so breakfast wasn't available. I wish staff would have made it known in advance thus I'd prepare breakfast another way. (Perhaps a packaged breakfast for non-fasting guests would be a really gesture if kitchen has to be closed)

BBarrsZamZam is a fantastic value! The hotel is simple and straightforward, but super comfortable. Selong Belanak beach is a bit further than I expected taking about 10 minutes to walk there from the hotel, but I rented a scooter easily enough to get around to some of the big surf breaks. I really enjoyed surfing at Serana and Mawi, which are both short and beautiful drives from the hotel. Tello the hotel manager is a super friendly, funny, and helpful man! His wife cooks delicious food as well! I liked it so much at ZamZam that I extended my original two nights and ended up staying eight nights in total!

The breakfast buffer was the BEST we’ve had so far in our journey - the food in the bain-marie was not only fresh & tasty - but was HOT with a wonderful selection of dishes to choose from. The ocean view from our room was divine, with a really cool shower with a view - I had a heavenly long HOT shower (yes I love hot food & hot showers & it’s often not always available in some of the other resorts).
