1. The curtains are dirty
2. The hallway carpet looks like it's never been vacuumed
3. Restaurant facilities such as wanting to eat teppanyaki, there is no info on IG or the web if you have to make a D-2 reservation
4. The toilet floor is dry for a long time

6. The swimming pool is good on the roof because it is so cool.
