We stayed at The Pointe over the Christmas weekend, and through that horrible ice storm! We were greeted late Christmas Eve by a roaring fire in the lobby fireplace, and it was decorated beautifully for the holiday!  Many people didn't show up for work on Christmas day, but the Staff that was there did EVERYTHING to make our stay just perfect! The salt water pool was exquisite and cozy warm with the freezing cold just outside. The jacuzzi was so wonderful and clean! The beds were super luxurious and the Staff was exceptional! Thank you, The Pointe, for a Christmas stay to remember! Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located in the green mountain scenic area. It can ski in winter, enjoy the red leaves in autumn, and the service is very good. The rooms are medium in size and the two queen beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is average, and free coffee and tea is good throughout the day. There are gyms, swimming pools, SPAs, and the location of the rooms on the mountainside feels good. The traffic to the surrounding scenic spots is also very convenient. The network signal in the mountains is not good, and the hotel's Wi-Fi is no problem.

Great place to stay near Okemo for a couple days of skiing!  The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for a family with room to spread out.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  Pool area/hot tub was great after a day of skiing.  Plenty of restaurants as well as a grocery store just a few minutes drive into Ludlow.  Bed was comfortable and the room was well furnished with plenty of seating and storage.  Would not hesitate to stay here again.
