Very large and very well soundproofed room. I didn't have breakfast, but only coffee at the bar, 2eur at the counter a bit expensive. Functional hotel a few km from the Gessate metro, in a quiet area. Valid economical alternative for those who prefer quality outside Milan.

Nightmare hotel
Booked hoping for a 4-star hotel instead a nightmare experience.
I arrive, I check in and I am informed that my payment does not appear, I tell which site I booked from, I show the payment receipt (receipt issued in their name, not the site) and they make me repay the room, telling me that in case I will be refunded. We're off to a terrible start okay I enter the room surprised smart TV! Too bad there are only 4 channels (foreigners only) and Internet access not available from the TV, from the telephone or from the PC, both via cable and wi-fi! Well at least the air conditioning works. Bathroom with tub! Take a nice bath to forget the misadventures. No tub full of hair .... okay I could call reception or take pictures but nothing I rinse everything wasting a lot of water and shower on the fly and go! Going out, I go to the reception to report the various problems and the response has been; the internet on the floor doesn't work at the moment and for the hair in the tub just a damn sorry!
I didn't expect a change of room... but at least an ok, we apologize! you do not have breakfast in your reservation and we offer it to you or we will give you a voucher for your next stay (which will never happen again) nothing, fake smiles, a circumstantial sorry and good evening!
Never had a similar experience ever again even if they offered me the room

Crazy story… I’ve booked the room on Booking and apparently they changed the date of my booking. I rang the hotel and the guy with the name Enzo who did the Best ever customer service change the date and make it sure the room is exactly as we wanted. Unfortunately we didn’t had the opportunity to stay in the hotel, we had to cancel our trip because of the baby ( end up in hospital). Enzo was very kind and he even call us back to see if we did change our mind and to make sure everything is fine. I would love to hear more stories like this because the humanity still exists. Clean, modern room. Plenty of parking space. Nice staff. Superb breakfast with lots to choose from. They recommended a restaurant for the night. Comfortable bed and the room included a bathtub. Overall a very nice experience and will be worth a second visit.

It's my first and I hope my only and last bad rating. Our group of 50 people was spread in 3 floors, one group of them accommodated at the "mezzanine" which had rooms with an extra door leading to the out of service parking. One of us had to use a ladder inorder to get out of the room through the window because the door was stack. During the first night, the school that was staying at the same hotel, was loud and noisy until very late at night. The second night noise continued, so we complained to the staff and requested calling the police in case the situation didn't change. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, but extremely hot, with no way to turn off the a/c, no telephone to call the reception, the tv was in front of the mirror, the shower was narrow and some of their lamps were not working. As for the breakfast it was totaly unacceptable! Don't believe the ads. Look at the photos to prove me right. We were given paper plates in a 4 stars hotel! Hardly any glasses or cups. Seriously? Their services were completely inadequate. Not to wrong the staff, the people were polite whenever they were addressed to.
