Hotel is next to the train station so perfect if you are laying over in Casablanca. Tasty breakfast

The hotel is very close to the casa voyagers station, so it is very convenient to arrive at your destinations by train. A little far from the city centre, though.

The location is very convenient, right next to the Casa Voyaguer train station. It is very convenient to take a train from Casa to other cities in Morocco. The room is clean and quiet at night. The lobby reception is very friendly. The hotel has a small bar where you can drink beer.

The room was dirty, the table and chairs were covered with food crumbs left by the previous resident. I asked the front desk to arrange cleaning, but when I came back after being out for a few hours, it still wasn’t done.

The room is cramped, the sockets are chaotically distributed, there is no toothbrush, toothpaste and toothbrush cup, and it is too high. But the shower was pretty good. The breakfast is rich, and the Moroccan high-speed rail station is opposite.

My room didn't make a good impression on me upon entering: a little cramped, with the bathroom (though new and absolutely decent) located in the corner at the entrance and with a brown carpet that objectively gives the impression of being old and shabby. I don't know if you can find better things at that price. However the staff was very kind and they kept my suitcase for me until the afternoon. It is right next to the Casa-Voyageur railway station from which you can easily go to the airport with an hourly train for 50 dirhams.

There's also a bar, so it's hard to drink in Morocco, but you can eat right inside the hotel, which is a big advantage!

I have been a member of Ctrip for nearly 20 years and have never given a bad review to any hotel. This hotel is undoubtedly the worst hotel in the world I have ever stayed in! The first is the attitude. The female staff at the front desk chatted loudly with the two people behind me when they checked in. They should be very familiar with each other. A group of flies hovered over the bed. I asked the room service to come over and change it. The attitude was extremely impatient. She said it was a problem with the washing machine and had nothing to do with her. It was an eye-opener to change the caller! These two problems and the attitude to solve it can be seen how unprofessional, but the more ridiculous thing is still to come. After the problem occurred on the first night, I contacted Ctrip to explain the situation and asked if I could give the prepaid room fee for the next four days to Refunded, checked out early, Ctrip responded very positively, and has been communicating with the hotel, but after the hotel received a phone call saying that the electric kettle and slippers would disappear immediately, the Ctrip staff made hundreds of calls in the next two days No reply to the phone call! Of course, the hot water bottle and slippers are also missing. On the third night, the hotel still deliberately did not answer the phone or reply to emails, so Ctrip refunded the room fee for the next two days, because the city tax was paid five days in advance, and it will be paid when you check out on the third day When they asked for it, they were rejected unreasonably by their hotel manager. That posture was as much as possible to deceive and snatch as much as possible! From top to bottom, this hotel doesn't reflect the basic morality and quality of being a hotel. I really don't know why there are so many good reviews! After being cheated, I found out that there are countless bad reviews for this hotel on Google map! Stay up late to write it out to remind everyone, don't fall into the pit again! Another thing worth mentioning is that there is a den of thieves around the hotel. I saw passers-by being robbed for two consecutive nights. If you can live in this area or not, it involves personal safety after all. Finally, I would like to praise Ctrip. The staff were very active and patient in solving the problem, and even made additional compensation. Ctrip does provide great protection to customers. I will continue to use Ctrip to book!
