We got there at 12:30 pm the girl behind counter BOLDLY said check in isn’t till 3 you will need to come back. Meanwhile waiting in waiting area maids kept goofing around in hallway, on cellphones, going back and forth through hallways. At 2 several maids said goodbye to girl behind desk. I nicely said are their any rooms available yet SHE SAID NO YOU WILL WAIT TILL 3 pm I am not happy at all with the rudeness we received.

It's an old building and the carpet has a bit of a smell. If you live on the second floor, it will be tiring to carry big boxes. There is no elevator but stairs. However, the hotel offers free breakfast, an all-American breakfast and free coffee all day long. This is the highlight. There is a burger shop and a supermarket across the road from the hotel. Personally, I find it very convenient, close to my children's school (by car). The bed is large and comfortable.
