The location is great and the 2 apartments would have been great if they were clean. The oven was absolutely filthy. Burnt crap all baked on with a previous tenants chicken wing still in it. Cupboards and drawers hadnt been wiped out and one aperment didnt have any coffee cups and the other had unwashed cups. Food also left behind in the top cupboard. Main bathroom sink is clogged and wont drain. The toilet seat where the hinge is looks like it has never been cleaned. Beds are great and comfy although the pillows are very high and hard.
