I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well equipped, the staff was great, the only negative point was the breakfast which was not varied at all.

Very pleasant welcome, attentive and very helpful team. Functional room and excellent bedding. Good buffet breakfast, we loved the cereal bread. Free parking and closed at night. The next time we stay we will come back without any problem.

7 minutes to have hot water to take a shower with 2 taps fully open... Not very eco-friendly when you know that water is becoming rare... And what about the TV channels where there were only half !!!

My room doesn't look at all like what you see in the photos. Room in its own juice. Staff not friendly. No restaurant service. Doesn't deserve 4 stars on Google. the shower cubicle is next to the toilet. Towels are not changed if you stay several days.

Quiet hotel, very warm welcome. Excellent bedding. Very good value for money. Partner restaurant nearby at the top. Perfect for business trips. I will come back on my next trip.

Hotel does not deserve 3 stars. Poor welcome, they say hello to us because we have to, the same information, deal with it! Small room and in need of renewal, hard bedding, in short I would not recommend.

Easy to access with free on-site parking. The rooms are modern and very clean. There is everything you need in the room (hairdryer). I really appreciated the welcome and availability of the staff. The manager and receptionist were very cheerful and attentive. Good value for money

Second stay in this hotel which I enjoyed as much as last time. The place is very quiet (inside and outside the establishment), the rooms super comfortable, the cleanliness impeccable, and the staff friendly. Very good value for money. The breakfast offered is not extraordinary, but already sufficient and inexpensive.

I discovered this hotel by chance! I'm used to always going to the same ones! An experience which will now lead me to adopt this quality accommodation with a friendly and professional team!

I had booked for 2 nights for April 8 and 9. The reservation was confirmed to me. I arrive Friday at 7 p.m. in front of the hotel. Gate closed. I call reception: closed who gives me an emergency number. I call: answering machine. I call again many times in vain. J 'wait 30 minutes in front of the gates without success. What to do? National telephone number of the original Hotels chain that I call. Nobody. All these people however in the hotel industry seem to work with office hours from Monday to Friday. I'm tapping on the internet to urgently find a new hotel. Fortunately open. Despicable, scandalous. Hoping now that the hotel will not charge me for the 2 nights. The Original Hotel and especially this hotel in Carquefou: absolutely avoid it.
