Bed was simply unacceptable, neither my wife nor I slept. It was not to the usual premier inn standard. Room was very hot, window did not open. I would have asked for a new room, but had a very early hospital appointment for major surgery. I have stayed at hundreds of premier inns both for business and pleasure and this was not an expectable stay.

Excellent hospitality at this hotel, my first time here but I would definitely return. The staff team are friendly and efficient, will go that extra mile for you to make you feel comfortable. Serving staff in the restaurant super efficient and kind. Jade was particularly helpful, bright and bubbly and made sure that I was happy with the food and service. The only small request would be more healthy vegetarian meals on the menu ! Otherwise what I ate was delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you to all the team at Premier Inn Cardiff North.

Second time staying in this hotel, the stay is lovely and the staff too especially Jade who was my server for dinner very helpful and cheerful as well as the food was delicious. The hotel room is quiet nice and modern only thing I would've said about the room to improve would be the size but that's just luck of the draw really.

Loved the hotel and the staff where fantastic. Room was one of the premier plus rooms again excellent . Would have loved to see outside but due to work on the building all windows where covered but overall i would be happy to go back to this hotel evening meal and breakfast good

Please don’t let the exterior fool you , inside is a gem, free parking only a few minutes from Cardiff city centre. Lovely interior design, superb friendly staff and good honest food at good prices. Nice room lovely and clean, like the fact there’s no bath but a huge shower. We make a point of staying in premier inns (and we have stayed in many and this is the best)instead of its rivals and this weekend has just bolstered that decision. Highly recommended Thank you Cardiff North.

We have just spent 5 nights staying at this super hotel. We have stayed in a few Premier Inns and this is by far the best. First impression when you arrive is that the building looks bit uninspiring but as the saying goes ‘never judge a book by its cover’. On arrival if by car there is plenty of parking ( if you don’t have a car buses are just short walk away…set fare for return journey) the reception, bar and restaurant are beautifully decorated and very modern. We had a premier plus room on the 4th floor, lovely decor, comfortably spacious and very comfy bed. Even though the hotel is situated alongside the A48 you do not hear it at all. The food is very nice, great choice at breakfast to suit all tastes, cooked or continental and the evening meals are also very nice. The one thing that also makes this hotel so special is the staff, room cleaners, reception/bar staff, chefs and the waiting staff all so very friendly and helpful they are a credit to the hotel.

Was amazing stay , very friendly staff, took good care checking us in and very welcoming. Jason Ash was very helpful to sort our situation and settle. Helped us chek in right rooms and sort out breakfast. Lovely atmosphere with good stay. Went out to bar and just pleasure to stay again.

The BEST staff and the warmest welcome in a totally refurbed hotel. Despite how busy the hotel was, it felt like a personal service. Thank you to Naz & Ella for looking after us throughout the evening. Check in via the Kiosk was a breeze with support from staff and dining in the restaurant was such a pleasure & great experience. Rooms are all high spec with enough power points for all our gadgets and plugs. Fantastic showers with real power . Great location too. What more do we need? Definitely recommend this premier inn!
