It's still very good. Open the window and the view is good.

Very clean and excellent service

Comfortable room. Comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Large bathroom with hot water. The shower can be improved for better water flow. The infrastructure in general must be reconditioned to have a better hosting experience. It has a restaurant, varied buffet breakfasts. Excellent attention from the staff in each area.

Very well maintained hotel (heritage) since 1953. Beautiful grandeur kind of a lobby. Wifi working very properly. Decent and clean rooms with very good bed and mattress. Beautiful mountain view from the room. Nice breakfast, can opt for local, French and American style. Restaurant food also great. Security very tight in and around hotel. Safe and commercial area around the hotel with Tolan fashion mall mall (10 min walk) and nice restaurants around in the area. You can pay in US dollars but there is no change in dollars or local valuta in most of the shops. Same for the hotel unfortunately. The services at the reception, housekeeping and hotel restaurants were impeccable. For non speaking Spanish persons, television channels only in Spanish, but that is I believe in other 5 star hotels too in Caracas. I do recommend this hotel to everyone. I found the Venezuelan persons very warm and friendly!

I rested and relaxed quite a bit in this hotel, one of the best the city has. Very friendly staff, meets all your needs. For those who love swimming or swimming in the pool, it is very large and deep. Breakfast in the restaurant, delicious and varied. Thanks for everything, I'll be back

The food is incredible, very good quality ingredients. The scallop acevichado and the spinach culurgiones in Gorgonzola fonduta 10/10. The kitchen team was very attentive when approaching our table to explain the dishes to us, the waiters' attention was impeccable. I would return, without a doubt.

Excellently located hotel in Caracas. It is clear that it has been a top hotel… but it is also clear that they have not invested much in a few years. Rooms and bathrooms somewhat outdated, although the bed is very comfortable! But the air conditioning makes a lot of noise. Breakfast is expensive and does not offer a buffet. Good restaurant for dinner. Despite being a huge hotel, it does not have a gym!

Terrible service and very few staff. The Hotel is huge and has very few people serving it, with the aggravating factor being that the people who serve it do not have a good disposition. I had problems with the internet, with breakfast, with the lodging bill and with the change when paying; and on all occasions the service provided was terrible and above all without offering any solution. Additionally, the hotel is isolated so going for a walk is not an option and its prices are very high. Bad experience.

It had been many years since I visited the hotel, the truth is that it made me very sad to see its deterioration. Swimming pools do not exist. The service in the cafeteria was good, the young people were very attentive. I didn't visit the other places.
