Amazing location right on the beach with great views. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me with my bags and getting settled. When my flight was delayed and I had to stay longer they were very accommodating. I had a beautiful room right off the pool. This would be my first choice hotel to stay at again if I returned to Camps Bay!

The Primi has one of the best locations along this beautiful stretch of beach at Camps Bay. It’s no more than a five minute walk to all the restaurants etc that make this such a hotspot for tourists and locals alike. Our room was of great size with excellent sleep quality and superb walk in showers . All you could want and more. The breakfast was terrific with a buffet and a menu of hot specialties, you could also order off piste if there was nothing took your eye. The service and staff made it for us . Andrew was a gentleman and sorted a minor problem we had during our first day quickly and efficiently. After that we were fine. It also boasts a small pool for the brave and the balconies offered some incredible sunsets . Can’t put a price on those ! All in all , we found The Seacastle excellent value for money considering everything and have no hesitation recommending. Enjoy !

We had a great stay at Seacastle hotel from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for . Our room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is unbeatable! Close to all major attractions and just a short walk from great restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh options. The staff was very friendly and attentive, Asanda was the Best ! Thank you so much we definitely coming back.

The Good - Lovely decorated rooms, we had a small terrace which had no views, but we were fine with that. (Room1) Staff were friendly enough. Great location by the beach. Muffins at Breakfast were to due for!!! The Bad- We could hear the staff downstairs talking all night. We were by the back door, so had people walking in the hall coming back from a night out, so noisy. We didn’t feel we could trust that nothing would be taken due to a letter in our room stating that anything left in the rooms were at our own risk and not the hotels fault if stolen, seen these letters before in hotels, but this just felt a bit dodgy. Parking it was a nightmare. They only have 4-5 spaces and even the staff said some cars parked there diodnt belong to the hotel. It was terrible. To find the place is horrendous! You need to go round the back of the hotel, down a one way street, you will see a small sign called Seacastle. This is where you park, but only on the left hand side. We then made the mistake of trying to get into th wrong building by going upstairs. What you need to do, is go down the end of the parking area, turn left and go past the spa area, there is a door on you right hand side on the far end. You then go downstairs to reception. They really need a sign in the car park, on the room and to state where to go! It was not a great start to our time here in Primi Seacastle and really put a damper on the whole trip due to it taking so long to find anything! Breakfast was ok. The best thing was the muffins. Other than that, its nothing special. However, I ma sure it will be nicer if you can sit outside with a lovely sea view.

Andrew and his team at Primi Seacastle were extremely friendly and helpful and provided several useful tips. The room was very tastefully decorated, had all necessary amenities, with a view over the ocean. Beach is just on the other side of the road, shops, restaurants and the stop of the Hop-On/Hop-Off bus are three minutes walk away. If Camps Bay is not enough to make you want to stay much longer in Capetown, the Primi Seacastle Hotel should be! Very highly recommended!!

A great location and stunning view. A strange checkin experience though as hard to find entrance to hotel. A pretty expensive hotel with a very small bedroom but close to restaurants- highly recommend BoVine and Hussar Grill. The photo of our room 3 seemed to have a king bed but we had a queen. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were top class and healthy. Parked our car in the driveway each day. Would be a top spot in summer.

This boutique hotel was beyond expectations. The staff are friendly and helpful, the beach is across the road and the view is to die for!! This is our first time in Cape Town and we’re so happy we booked, easy access to the beach and the local restaurants/bars. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff helped us book multiple trips out and restaurant reservations (Thank you Andrew and team). I’m currently sitting on the balcony, beer in hand and looking at the stars and listening to the waves. Such a great place.

Primi Castle is located right at the beach in Camps Bay, Capetown. Our rooms/apartments were facing the ocean, each with their own terrace/balcony with, in our case, a table and chairs and 2 sunbeds. If it gets too hot you can open the umbrella. The room we had was spacious, well equipped and above all very clean. And, as an exception to the rule in South Africa, everything was in working condition and in one piece. We always bring some small tools with me, just in case, but we did not need them. The fridge in the room and the little kitchenette were also a welcome feature. The one thing I could not fix was the scheduled powercuts (called loadshedding) by the National Power company ESKOM. Although we have stayed at locations where they installed generators to cope with this, Primi Castle does not have one (yet), or only a small one for the office, because the WIFI kept working (our room was situated near the office). They do supply portable lights and also place them in the corridors. Being on holiday this was not a big deal for us. Made us appreciate the fact that at home there is always power. Breakfast was served in the breakfastroom/bar/pool-deck and had plenty options to choose from. But the best at Primi is the friendly staff. Especially Andrew and Gloria from the reception are great and make you feel welcome. In short: we will definitely be staying there when visiting the Cape.

Camps Bay is also where people from Cape Town come for the nightlife and Cape Town’s celebrities hang out. We greatly enjoyed Camps Bay staying at Primi Seacastle - nice B&B close to the town and beach with comfy rooms and gorgeous views of the beach.

The whole establishment looked sloppy. The room was not clean there where brown stuff on the wall. And the staff was looking bored and uninterested. The manager Michael has left and I assume with him the soul out of this establishment. As I can’t understand how otherwise this place would have got so good reviews. We actually packed our thing and went into another hotel as we were not willing to spend our last days in SA uncomfortable.

I would never usually write a review of a hotel I have not yet stayed in but I feel compelled to write this review as the hotel have not refunded my money and have ceased all contact with me. I sadly had to cancel my trip in December 2021, and the deposit (which was half the cost of the stay) I paid was meant to be refunded in the case of cancellation, as per the booking terms, but they have not answered any emails, whatsapp or chats on ***********. Upon booking and when they wanted the deposit, there was regular contact. Now nothing and I have had no refund. It is a real shame as I intended to rebook this for December 2022 as I felt bad that I had to cancel for reasons out of my control (SA was placed on the UK red list), but given they have not returned my money, I am appalled at the lack of customer service and the audacity to keep my money and cease any contact with me.

Beautiful rooms, nice swimming pool with seating and lounging facilities. Bar near the pool, tasty cocktails. Clean and tastefully decorated. Opposite the beach. In the quiet part of Camps Bay, within walking distance of restaurants, etc. We stayed in a standard room, number 6. Excellent room, nicely decorated and clean and on the floor of the breakfast room and swimming pool. Hanging your clothes is a challenge. Little cupboard space. But if you assume a two/three day stay, it's doable. A wide choice, also vegan!!! really great on the breakfast menu. Tasty juices, infused water, delicious coffee(types), fresh fruit, healthy cup cakes, yogurt and breakfast cereals. Well cared for. Nice staff. We received great help from Milton, who arranged a safe taxi for us to the airport and we also had a nice chat with him. Andrew is also very nice and super helpful. He immediately called to try to arrange something for us, two ladies, when he heard that our airport transfer had not been arranged properly and the taxi had arrived 1 day early. And he brought us a bowl because he saw that we had a bag of chips with us. It's those little things that make it special, an eye for detail. And they can both make delicious cocktails. Not entirely unimportant :) Compliments to these two gentlemen, Milton & Andrew, leaders in the hospitality industry. These men create atmosphere in this fine boutique hotel. From the pool terrace you have a great view of the beach. There are 2 rocking chairs and a long table with benches, and two large sun loungers. You'll feel like a king when you watch the sunset and sit at that table with a nice drink. Be careful in the evening when you walk back to the hotel, it is in a dark, quiet place. Book an Uber if you go back to your hotel in the dark, during load shedding!, even if it is 50 meters away from the Tigers Mill. Just to be saved. But that's wise anyway. Do not be on the street during load shedding in the evening, anywhere. Book this nice hotel with peace of mind. A tip about restaurants, the trendy places work with reservations, reserve at least 1 day in advance.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, facing the beach and overlooking the twelve apostles. Very comfortable, well decorated and with excellent treatment from the hotel staff. Good security, and with restaurants less than 100 meters away

Small-scale hotel, a bit outdated on the inside, and small swimming pool. But with truly beautiful sea views in Camps Bay. Nice service and limited but fresh breakfast. A bit difficult to lift suitcases at the front, but right on the beach.
