In the morning, have a hearty breakfast before spending a lazy day on the beach or going shopping or sightseeing in Monaco and Monte Carlo. In the evening, have a drink in the hotel’s bar or on the terrace lounge. Hotel de Monaco boasts a great situation only 20 minutes from the Nice airport.

The location is perfect for visiting Monaco without a car, bus 600 Nize-Monaco-Menton stops less than 5 minutes away. The hotel, although somewhat dated, expected it to be much worse based on other reviews I have read. The bed was very comfortable. There are only two parking spaces in front of the hotel, on a very narrow, steeply sloping street. Parking in the area is very complicated and you have to pay for everything. The paid parking in front also has very narrow spaces, with a large car it is very difficult to park there. The basement rooms are small spaces, they don't appear in the hotel photos and although they are cheaper, I thought it was only because of the terrace or the views. Having only been there for one night and almost the entire day of sightseeing in Monaco, we didn't care a little, but I don't recommend them. There was also a lot of noise at night, a man in another room was shouting and arguing with another person.
