Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

The driver Liu Bingxin was very professional and safely delivered us to the station. This trip was very hasty, but because of these lovely people, I will come again for the second time. I stayed in Cangzhou for the first time on a business trip. I saw the recommended Yifei Hotel on Ctrip. I booked the hotel's pick-up service one day in advance. The driver was very professional and the communication was great. The music in the hotel lobby was soothing. After entering the lobby, the front desk helped to pour a cup of chrysanthemum tea, which was very considerate.
