A very luxurious resort in Campos do Jordão. The main point for me was the staff, who went above and beyond our entire stay. The hotel was great, the installations were superb and high end and everything is design to relax. The food was superb and our room great. There was some construction happening during our stay, but the staff made sure it inconvenient us the least.

Property was amazing, relaxing and very comfortable. Staff very helpful and professional. Plenty to do for kids and/or adults depending on the type of trip you are looking for. Would definitely stay again whether coming as a couple or a family.

Is the best hotel in Campos de Jordão, modern Swiss design with beautiful gardens and is located 2 miles from the center of the city. Pools and spa are a must go (better after 6pm), ask some drinks/cocktails and enjoy….

O hotel é lindo! As áreas de lazer são ótimas, muitas opções! O restaurante küche é perfeito!!! Comida e bebida excelentes! Comemos do lado de fora e foi super agradável. Todos nos receberam e atenderam muito bem! Recomendo o hotel voltarei assim que possível!

O Ort é um dos nossos hotéis preferidos, não só pela qualidade, beleza, conforto, mas principalmente pela equipe que é sempre sensacional. Pierre, Vinicius, o Sr que trabalha na fazendinha, e todos os outros funcionários com quem cruzamos na nossa estadia, sempre excelentes. Já fomos algumas vezes, e o padrão de qualidade só aumenta.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Os quartos são mega confortáveis. Café da manhã incrível. Os restaurantes servem refeições deliciosas. Mas, o ponto principal está no atendimento de cada funcionário, os funcionários são incríveis. Em nome de Vinicius, estendo a todos os funcionários um agradecimento especial. Local lindo, jardins encantadores e atendimento espetacular, o melhor atendimento em Campos do Jordão. Me hospedo há anos em hotel do mesmo perfil em Campos, mas o atendimento não chega aos pés do Ort. Agradecimento em especial para o Vinícius que nos apresentou cada detalhe do hotel. Uma simpatia de pessoa. Parabéns ao RH e gestão pelo maravilhoso investimento em pessoas. Estão todos de parabéns!

Desde o check-in, quando os hóspedes são recebidos com uma taça de proseco, até o check-out, a experiência é de excelência. A estrutura de lazer é completa, repleta dd cantinhos convidativos para relaxar. Os apartamentos são repletos de mimos e serviços que somam, como o piso aquecido do banheiro, e trazem ainda mais conforto. A gastronomia é um show à parte. Recomendo o mignon com risoto pera, a pizza de queijo de cabra e as duas releituras de tiramissu. E para beber, o drink Ort, com amora e limão. O Vinicius, gerente de hospedagem, a Nicole, da recepção, e o Rodrigo, do estacionamento, são profissionais excepcionalmente maravilhosos, que agregam muito à experiência do turista. Vale cada minuto!

Uma experiência única, extraordinária. Luxo, conforto e, especialmente, o staff é muito diferenciado. Muita cortesia e mimos em todos os momentos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, SPA e piscinas incríveis, passeio na trilha para o sunrise com piquenique no alto do mirante. Fireplace com uma fogueira ao centro. Ficamos no chalé todo em madeira e muito confortável. Vinícius e staff sempre solicitos e atenciosos. Queremos voltar com amigos e familiares em breve.
