Novotel Campo Grande Reviews

I chose a slightly more expensive room because I had a bad experience the last time, when I stayed in room 299, there was noise from the air conditioning machines. When I arrived at the hotel, to my surprise, I was given the same room, for R$150.00 more than the last time I had stayed. I made a complaint but as the hotel was full we ended up staying in 295, a little better in terms of noise but a room identical to the last one, it doesn't justify the price difference

Excellent hotel, the only disappointment is the minibar does not freeze, it just cools a little more than normal. I called reception and that's it.
