The staff welcomed us although we arrived very late and one of them were about to close the night shift/cashier point and still did not forget to ask us if needed extra towels or blankets.courtesy wake up call and nice fresh breakfast after short sleep and great shower for the day of traveling. I only would ask better bedding.

I'm a frequent traveler for work, but this hotel outdid itself, it was one of the worst in recent times. Upon arrival, there is a parking charge for leaving the car in the rain, with poorly trained employees who have difficulty providing a tax receipt. Receptionist not very kind and having difficulty understanding the reservation. Room where the shower door doesn't close and the air conditioning doesn't work. Summary: I don't recommend it to anyone. Horrible!

We had several problems during our four-day stay. Firstly, most receptionists are not very friendly. I had to change rooms because there was a problem with the plumbing. In the second room I stayed in, there was no hairdryer and if I wanted one I had to ask for it at reception and have it delivered within two hours at the latest. The air conditioning didn't cool properly and was also old and very noisy. At breakfast there were some foods that looked like they were already "overdone" and this also happened the first night we had dinner at the hotel, some vegetables had a bad taste. I also found dinner to be expensive at R$49.90. Parking was paid and there is no cover. And we had difficulty getting a tax receipt. The pool looked dirty and in the gym the treadmills were not working and the bike and elliptical were making noise (not maintained).

Even with the window closed, water entered during the rain. Air conditioning did not cool the room The bathroom door didn't close and the floor was wet.

In the room (415) I stayed in, the shower was bad, the TV was not smart and small with horrible sound. The pool (5x3m) is small, not even close to the photo and the water is not continuously treated, the pump was not turned on.

Overall, the accommodation was very good, apart from the fact that I asked to borrow cutlery and the hotel only provided disposable ones, as there is a restaurant in the hotel.

The only negative point would be that there was no hairdryer in the room or one to borrow at reception. The rest was wonderful, the room was large and comfortable, the meals were very good too.
