mucho cuidado este hotel es peligroso. Se metieron a mi habitación, me robaron una máquina de afeitar alemana y $950.000 pesos en efectivo, el encargado del hotel no brinda respuesta ni solución, parece que ellos ya están acostumbrados a robar a los viajeros. No revisan cámaras y no dan más información. No sé queden en este hotel, eviten dolores de cabeza. Una pésima experiencia, no lo recomendaría a nadie.

Mi esposa se tiene que venir desde Pereira hasta Cali para atenderse en Valle de Lili, queda demasiado lejos del lugar. En cuanto a la parafernalia de las habitaciones, los baños son horribles y la limpieza deficiente, las camas super incómodas, no hay ningún aire acondicionado, a menos que se pague un servicio más caro, lo cual es humillante. La comida es mala, poca y preparada de mala gana, con mucha grasa, aparte de demorada. Puede ser un buen sitio si tocara pagar un infierno de plata para una habitacion en los pisos superiores. Esto, desgraciadamente es lo que da la EPS Nueva EPS, pero parece que lo hicieran de mala gana o que si estuvieran dando limosna.

A pesar de estar bien ubicado y contar con personal amable, las instalaciones son deficientes. Los baños con griferias en mal estado, el techo sucio (parecia excremento de ratón), realmente nada agradable
