I wanna visit the banff national park. So I stayed here for two nights. This hotel is wonderful.

Close to the rail station and food. Five minute drive to U of C entrance. Clean and central. Breakfast was standard and the food was promptly filled. Variety of choices for breakfast ie. cereal, eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Next time I am in Calgary I will stay here again.

The hotel is very central to the cfl stadium and to the train that goes to downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The room was nice and the cleaning was good. The only thing was that the gym was terrible. There were very few equipments and most of them were broken. There were no dumbbells.

Great, property! Up-to-date accommodations, a wonderful exercise facility, solid breakfast, and underground key-card-entry parking for vehicles.

Hotel was clean, we stayed there for almost a full week and our needs were met. They made sure we had enough towels and our garbage was always empty and with 3 kids that’s not easy to do!

This is our go-to hotel for NW Calgary and frequent trips we need to make for medical services at the nearby hospital. The staff have always been great, and were again, especially Dave and Quinn at the front desk. Our room was just fine, super clean and nicely equipped. Even though it is near a busy street and LRT line, the room was quiet. Nice to have a reliable spot.

Poor customer service upon checking in as told my spouse needed to sign in as booked and paid through ******* in his name even though we have same last name. However they were happy to take my credit card for deposit. Overall location and cleanliness good, just need to work on customer service skills.

Great place to stay, the University is a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly!

We have been staying here for over 10 years. We love that it's so close to the Children's Hospital and a shopping centre

Check in was easy and I learned about the underground parking which was great because there was a snow storm. They upgraded us to a suite which worked out great because I had work to do and the couch and table came in handy. There were even two TVs! The free breakfast was pretty good. They changed it up for the two days we were there. One day it was sausages, bacon and cheese omelettes. As well as yogurts, oatmeal and the usual things. They also had this great automatic pancake maker. Push one button and it makes two pancakes in one minute! I didn’t use the gym or pool so I can’t comment on that. Great overall stay!
