Enjoyed staying at the hotel which never let me down as a brand of Best Western, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and nice. The only issue was the shower did not has its enclosure so the floor of the toilet could be wet and slippery that can create health and safety concerns.

Hello, reservation 1 month before for a twin bed room for my son and me. on our arrival no room of this type available therefore obligation to pay another room 170 euros for 2 days! it is completely intolerable! it is obvious theft. The first night the hotel welcomed a school group, forced to ask for calm by calling the reception at 10 p.m. the children were shouting and running in the corridors. at 5.50 euros for breakfast, you will only find frugality, no choice and low-end products. The staff is however very friendly but the experience is unacceptable. at the end of the stay you are offered a bill to be paid with half of the bill already paid on arrival... Traveling a lot with my company, this is the most unpleasant experience in a hotel that I have ever had.

Nice hotel. Friendly, efficient staff. I would have preferred some drinks facilities in the bedrooms.

I liked the swmmingpool, the people, the food and the restaurant. I did not like the lack of airco and that it was not possible to really open the window. It was hot at night.

Old hotel (still very energy-intensive “toaster” type electric radiators. Toilet with traces. Disappointing sound insulation both interior and exterior.

Superb establishment Despite the work very very clean new room

The super friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast. but apart from that, no air conditioning in the rooms when it's stifling outside and we open the window which overlooks the road which is noisy we close it so a real sauna, we were asked if it didn't have a fan to us ready, the answer was no we do not have that. As for her bathroom, no toilet paper holder, no hair dryer, a drain which helps her and a spider corpse crushed on the window veil. In my opinion he doesn't know Cava or Crémant in the region because if you want bubbles it's definitely champagne. As for the swimming pool, for me it was dirty on the ground, no water in the footbath and I didn't feel comfortable in this place. We just had breakfast there because the restaurant was full in the evening because there were 2 large groups so I don't know how to give my opinion on that.
