Great hotels, nice staff, very clean, just a bit far for walking to train station

Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast has variety of options. Would love to stay again.

Booking process was seamless. Received confirmation instantly!Arrived at hotel with no issues. Hotel location’s convenient to visit nearby families at Bonnyrigg. Hotel buffet’s delicious, friendly service and it’s clean. Only concern was number of toothbrushes provided were for 2 guests instead of 4 throughout our stay. Wifi works perfectly for work! Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent customer service

The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are hygienic. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area with no tall buildings nearby, so it doesn't feel oppressive. If I had to say one thing, I would say that there are no places to eat nearby, so I recommend either using the hotel restaurant or going to the nearest station to eat. The hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant.

The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor. The sound of flushing the toilet next door can be heard clearly. The sound of opening and closing the bathroom next door was very clear. The shower head must be placed at an angle. Other angles will automatically slide down. The curtains were very laborious to open. Every time I filled the toilet, the sound from the toilet made me think I was filling the toilet with water.
