I am pleasantly surprised that they have wheelchair to loan to us. My mom had difficulty walking and I was so glad I asked the reception where I could have rented a wheelchair.

The original room we booked weee too small and no washing machine. The front desk is very nice to help us upgrade our room with a good rate. Overall happy with the service and the location is great with lots of restaurants nearby

A good hotel in Hongdae, close to the exit from metro number 7 and the bus stop. The reception is on the 6th floor, you can leave your luggage there before check-in and after check-out. The rooms are essentially apartments, large in area and with large balconies. Very quiet, we never heard our neighbors. Clean, newly renovated, there is a full kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. Hongdae Beach is a 7-10 minute walk away, there are restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

if you are staying in busan this is perhaps on the best hotels to stay in because of its accessibility, space and location. the subway is connected to the hotel so you cna just take a train going to and from the airport. it has complete facilities and ammenities and i love that there is a washing machine in the suite! its also affordable too! lots of cafe and resto nearby, we recommend the venti coffee and egg bomb resto near the hotel. the beach is like a 10 minute walk which i dont mind. definitely great value for money.

Great location at Haeundae Station with good accessibility to food and the beach. Near Knotted Cafe and Mom's Touch. Spacious room. TV equipped with several Korean channels. Fuss-free check out process.

Great hotel with a perfect location near the beach and the subway station. Breakfast is decent too with some good cafes in the building.

One of the best and most comfortable stay. Room was super clean and spacious. We got the high floor and sea facing apartment so view was pretty Amazing as well

Location ia excellent as its next to Subway Haeundae Station and near to Bus stop which it can take you to gancheon village direct. HOTEL LOBBY LOCATED AT 6F Theres convenience store on the ground floor n alot of eateries along the road which can lead you to the beach. The room is clean and huge with seperate Living room, balcony with washing machine, microwave, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom is huge too with bathtub but lack of amenities due to sustainability. Great for familes. Good choice n would stay here again in Busan.

The room is big and nice with a balcony but the bed is too soft and noisy when you roll. Haeundae beach is just around the corner and many eateries around this area.

Room was huge even we got the smallest room. Full kitchen with microwave, pots and induction cooker and even a rice cooker. Toilet hot water was good. It came with a balcony with drying rack so you can air dry your laundry. Location is very convenient. Exit 7 for stairs and Exit 5 for lift. Going down to the metro please take Exit 5 down where there is a lift. Bed is foam type so when your partner moves, you might wake up from it. Really great room at low prices. Breakfast was good too! Egg live station had truffle cheese omelette

The hotel location is perfecf, right next to Haeundae station. The matress and the pillow are too soft, hard to sleep well.

Located at center, you can walk to Haeundea beach and the traditional market just around 5 minutes. Room is spacious and clean. By the way, lift will take your time tho
