The location is good, there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and the front desk is very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The buffet is also quite conscientious. The facilities are a bit old, especially the air conditioner is noisy.

I think I've been here for over 10 nights and I've got feelings for it. They are really professional. I think this is inseparable from the professional training of the supervisors. They are also very patient and enthusiastic to help us.

When checking in we told the woman we wanted our room taken care of the next morning She put in the request for 10:30 & we left the room before 10 AM & there was housekeeping there. We returned after 5pm to find the room hadn't been touched. We were paying for service and received none . There were children running in the hall for 3 hrs the night before that we put up with & the least we could have had was a made up room ＞ The bathroom fan was so noisy, I think it should be looked at Why don't hotels want to take care of paying guests anymore. We came to relax, meet with friends for lunch & try & relax as I've been through a terrible family trauma recently, & this didn't help.

There was a very noisy team of girls that were so loud we were unable to use the pool area then kept us awake at night. Staff were not effective in responding to noise issue. I was there the night before a running race and this contributed to very poor race day. Also breakfast area is NOT safe for food allergies. Foods are allowed to mix haphazardly.

Room was a good size and having the mini fridge and microwave was very convenient. Breakfast was amazing. The tub pooled a bit down the center and didn’t drain - only thing that was a “miss”.

The hotel is clean, safe, but outdated. The beds are not bad but the walls you can hear everything

Stayed on the ground floor. Bathroom reminded me of my birthing suit at the hospital. Clean, functional but outdated.

We were in Burlington for a weekend sporting event. It was perfect for what we needed. A fair prices room, clean and a pool for the kids. The exercise room needs updating but besides that it was fine. Just off the highway and a very short drive to several good options for restaurants.

I believe this is the third or fourth time we have stayed at this property and each time we were pleased with staff and the easy parking. We find no faults with this hotel. Even the breakfast was nice.Thanks to the staff again. Elizabeth & Gord Eastman

We travel often for our kids sports and I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. When we pulled back the sheets the bedding did not look made with creases all over (looked slept in) corners and sides not pulled down or fitted. After we had already spent the night and in the morning light we noticed a huge red stain on side of the comforter. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged and the shower head cap was falling off. It advertised 2 queen beds however my husband and I noticed this felt much smaller than our queen at home so we measured and it was indeed 5” shorter than a queen that is 60”. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was fantastic.

Jacuzzi room was nice, but jacuzzi was very very loud (more the exhaust fan than the tub). The outside lights were shining right in the windows.

We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary trip. The pool and hot tub worked wonders and breakfast had a great variety of freshly prepared foods. The hot water in the coffee machine ran out pretty fast though, and the jacuzzi that we paid to be included in our room was more frustrating than it was enjoyable at times (the controls only function in certain conditions)

The room was very clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly, it was a pleasant stay.
