The room is fairly clean, but the internet is not very good, and it is often not connected to the internet. If you want to speed up, it will cost extra money, and because it is on the side of the road, it will be a bit noisy. But it's very close to Tacoma Airport, and it takes about ten minutes to go to the nucleic acid test point by car. The people who checked in were also very friendly. The hotel shuttle is great! We packed our bags and took the shuttle back to the airport to take the subway into town. However, the shuttle bus needs to be reserved in advance. Every half hour to one. The hotel also sells milk tea, my children are very happy. The small fridge in the room was also useful, we kept food from the city. What needs to be reminded is that although the hotel shuttle bus is available 24 hours, you have to call to make an appointment to pick up the bus at the airport. It is suitable for people who can make international long-distance calls. The front desk does not seem to answer every time. So keep playing.

The hotel is not far from Seattle Airport, so business trips are still possible, and the rooms and aisles are still quite clean. Although breakfast is American continental but it is very simple. There are no common eggs and early intestines but fruits. Juice, tea, coffee and hot water are provided all day long. The downside is that the free airport shuttle service listed in the service item was cancelled. The reason was that the car broke down. As a result, the Uber taxi cost about $14.

The room was clean. Everything worked. Twice in July 2022, I arrived unexpectedly in the morning hours. When I called from the airport to request a shuttle, the staff hustled and prepared a room for my early arrival. Very friendly and helpful.

We were late arrivals, so hurried to the restaurant for a snack. It was fabulous. The clam chowder was the best I have had, and my husband raved about the soup of the day. The warm bread was excellent, and our server was stellar. It was a lovely experience.

The people at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. The room wasn't fancy, but I was only staying one night. I just needed a place to shower, sleep, and repack my bags. I like that it was close to the airport. There is a 7-11 up the road for a wider variety of snacks.

Nice and comfortable airport hotel. Location is tremendous, as it’s near to SEA airport, with lots of food venues around. A complimentary airport shuttle is available. The shuttle departs every thirty minutes to the airport, at :00 and :30. Exceptionally kind and helpful staff at the hotel, however, one specific shuttle driver was extremely rude and unbothered. I did not catch his name. Didn’t bother helping me with my suitcases and at the airport didn’t bother taking out my suitcases either. Also the shuttle departed full, so some passengers had to stand. Rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated. Since the hotel is big, there are two fitness facilities available, very convenient. I had a 1 bed queen room with a balcony, which is a nice touch. I would stay again, if staying near SEA airport.

Express hotel, the room is simple, there is no coffee machine, but the first floor lobby is free of charge for coffee, hot water, the first floor lobby is very good, there is a billiards hall, there is also an office area

So let's start with saying I stayed at this hotel recently, think a couple of days ago, with my family so we could attend a funeral. I selected a hotel near the airport for ease of access knowing that we all came from three different places, using two different airlines and one person driving. Our troubles started upon arrival. Despite having one member's air travel being delayed by an hour, we still arrived long before the 4pm check-in time and was promptly told the room was not ready and we could call later to find out when it is ready. There is something... odd going on with their phone. At times the call would not connect, like it did when we were at the airport when I tried to call, and other times it will go through. This happened throughout the entire stay, so I simply asked if they had an approximate time when they think it might be ready. She snapped at me that check-in is 4pm, as if I hadn't heard her before. Years ago, I did housekeeping for a summer. I know there is a list, and where we are on the list might suggest if we are going to be closer to 4pm or a little earlier. We left with our bags, despite them offering to hold them for us, because no trust had been established here. I called twice later, the first time the call would not connect, the second time our rooms were ready at 2pm. We were not given the Preimum WiFi password at check in. We were not given pool information at check-in. Really the only information we were given at all was about having a menu in the room for the breakfast service which is not... true. We all heard it, and not only was it not there, another staff member seemed confused why we were asking for it. This brings us to the other problems. This hotel advertises services and amenities they literally do not have. The Basil restaurant is not operational and is described as permanently closed by staff. There is no onsite restaurant. This meant, for us, that people on different meal schedules were now needing to eat together because the convenience of onsite preparation is simply not there. The first night, I noticed there is no HBO. They advertise on their website, but I assure you there is no HBO. It's not listed in the guide and there is no amount of channel surfing that will find what is not there. They do have StarzEncore but mostly it's an On Demand service that charges 19.99 for movies that are currently streaming on subscriptions services. These are not even in theater movies. The TV on-screen guide will suggest you can cast to the TV. This is not true. Embassy Suites has disabled this feature. The app is certainly capable of this feature, but the way they have it set-up is to use your phone as a glorified remote. It can not cast to the TV. We paid for a premium suit as well. 3 adults in a room that is advertised to hold 6. I experienced a lot of difficulties during check-in because the pre check-in form was not sent in advance. I couldn't even enter the building and had to handle everything alone outside late at night. Although it wasn't very clean, I think it's a reasonably priced accommodation for Seattle. It was comfortable.
