Hotel/apart sencillo pero ideal para tramite CAS, excelente ubicación a dos cuadras. Barrio tranquilo, tiene cochera limitada, a dos cuadras hay una sobre la avenida (armenia park), salió 34mil ambas noches, precio asequible. El apart cuenta con todo lo ideal para que pases la estadia tranquilo, desde cocina completa hasta sommiers cómodos y aire acondicionado, tv con cable y wi fi correcto.

Inmejorable ubicación para ir al CAS. Muy limpio. Con heladera y cocina. La zona buena, te manejas caminando a todos los bares y restaurantes de Palermo. Cerca de plaza Serrano y Outlets. Dejamos el auto en la calle y todo perfecto . Para tener cochera hay que reservar con anticipación. Excelente atención. El WIFI muy débil.

Buena Ubicación, Barrio tranquilo, dejamos el auto en la calle,Muy Buena atención del personal. Lo malo: el baño tenía humedad y hongos x lo cual el olor era invancable, con decir que no nos bañando en los 2 días que nos hospedamos, las toallas y talleres estaban blancos inmaculado pero ni bien se mojaban les brotada el olor a humedad y le falta mucho mantenimiento al Dto, paredes rotas y parchadas, lamparas descolgada, pisos estropeado, grasa en las perillas de gas de la cocina, etc et

Es un hotel totalmente abandonado, nosotros estuvimos en algo que llaman "estudio" un monoambiente, en el baño espejos y aberturas oxidados, la puerta con la madera levantada por la humedad, el aire acondicionado con cables colgando, limpieza cero. La ubicación si bien es comoda para trámites en CAS, es una zona horrible, muchos autos abandonados y mugre. Lo único rescatable es la amabilidad de Daniel el joven que nos recibió

Me atendieron muy bien. Me dejaron hacer el check-in súper temprano porque había quedado en la calle al caerse la reserva que tenía en otro lado. Me salvaron. Las habitaciones están descuidadas, falta vajilla básica. Internet es realmente un asco. Solo había un poco de señal en el baño y nada mas. Imposible trabajar. El televisor, si bien es plano, es viejo. No tiene conectores usb o hdmi asique no podes conectar nada (eso es lo de menos pero hay que decirlo). Luego, la ducha bien. Buena presión y temperatura. El ascensor falló un par de veces lo cual es molesto. Excelente ubicación!

Horrible experiencia! Más allá del mal estado en general de la habitación (muebles ropos, acolchado manchado, hongos en el techo y paredes)...lo peor: no andaba el baño! Es más habia un balde al costado del inodoro (como para hechar el agua así). Fuimos a pedir que nos solucionen el problema y nos quiseron cambiar a otra habitación que volteaba del olor a gas (el encargado ofrecio abrir una ventana para ventilar)....asique tuvimos que volver a la otra habitación ybusar el balde en el baño! Me pareció espantoso, ya que si estaba el balde almlado del.inodoro, de ahí ya sabian que ese baño no funcionaba y nos cobraron la habitación igual
