Location and the ambiences of the hotel was perfect! Since there was a conference going on, our rooms were not allocated as per booked. The first few hours of getting the right room was a hassle. But after sometime they managed a nice room for us even though I didn't get the cottage room as booked. Overall, good!

GRIM. Rooms very spacious but dirty and badly equipped. Our room, or should I say our suite, was large with 2 bedrooms, a good size lounge and a large kitchen. That's the best. Sadly the worst was grim. The hotel appears to have last been decorated or upgraded in the 1970's. The main bedroom was spacious. There was a further bedroom that was of a good size but had no furniture, no bed etc. The kitchen was also spacious however the cupboards were bare despite there being plenty of space. No fridge, no cooking facilities, no kitchen equipment ie. cutlery or crockery. To be honest it was just dirty and we were with a group of people who found the same standards in their accommodation too. The staff were professional but sadly not friendly or welcoming. Happily the staff did find a fridge and deliver it to our room. This hotel has great potential but fails to deliver. Food ok. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

I want a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city so, i choose park village resort because it's surrounded my full of nature and greenery made my soul peace and relax. I like the natural environment of this resort. food was yummy and delicious .staff are very friendly. thank you everyone for making my stay memorable.

Nice place as it has a lot of gardens and places to walk around. Pool is a bit small but it is good, food was nice too and I loved walks to temples and the things I could do within the walking distance. Also the people were very welcoming and friendly

I had an exceptional stay at Park Village Resort during my business trip. The quality of the vegetarian food was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding support throughout my visit. I am grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this establishment.
